I like the way customer service actually gets back to me in a timely manner. Hopefully they can help me with an overcharge on my last order. I absolutely love the socks especially the boot socks. The delivery time on my other orders was exceptional.

Arrived in a week. A little tight. On the thinner side but intentionally, so no worries there. I didn’t want super cushioned winter boot socks. What else… oh yea they are very tall. Boot socks are just a hair from my kneecap lol At the price I paid, I’m very pleased.

UPDATED: Well, I don't know if it was a coincidence or the power of a review, but I was pleasantly surprised by an email from Willowace shortly after publishing my experience (below). While I commend them for following up and making it right, a review shouldn't be the trigger to get satisfactory customer service. With that said, they restored my faith in their company. I do like the crew socks. Ankle socks, not so much. I will continue to be a customer of crew socks. Thank you for finally following up and replacing my shrunken ankle socks with the appropriate colors of crew socks. It's much appreciated and hence, my updated review and ranking. 5 Stars for the crew socks... and an average of 3 stars for customer service (1 for the first experience and 5 for the last experience). PREVIOUS: I saw them advertising Facebook forever and finally pulled the trigger while I was on vacation with COVID-19. They compare themselves to Bombas. However, I found out that while Bombas is a real company that has inventory and customer support, Willowace barely does. To get the discount I ended up ordering a 5 pack of ankle socks in various blue, green, and grey, no black. And ordered one crew stock. The Facebook ads say $9.99 but that's only for the ankle socks. Add $5 per pair for crew and another $5 for boot. So it can be $20 for one pair of socks, and they don't donate like Bombas. Don't get me wrong, they were comfortable and didn't smell at all after a full day as advertised. The problem came after washing them using recommended method. Well, unfortunately, they shrunk a lot. To the point the they didn't fit my size 11 foot. Now, they barley fit my wife's feet (woman's 8.5) and she can't have my socks lol. When I tried to exchange them, Willowace didn't respond to my first email. My second request took them over a week to reply and they said I was past the return window. I quickly pointed out that my first email was not past the return window and I sent a screenshot showing my email tracking software showed it was sent but never opened. They back peddled and said they looked at the wrong date when I pointed out I wasn't. Then they emailed me a shipping label and an invoice for the replacements however, the invoice showed they were sending new socks in black. I replied that I didn't want black, I wanted the blue and green that I was returning. They said only black was available even though I ordered gray, green and blue. They said I would have to wait for those colors to be replenished. It's now been over a month with no follow up so I'm posting this review to warn others. TLDR: Socks are comfortable but expensive and they shrink. It takes them over a week to respond to customer emails. They run out of inventory constantly. To me this is a sign of an underfunded small business who might not be around if you need the warranty. The socks are comfortable and warm but the customer support and lack of inventory absolutely sucks. They're are plenty of companies selling alpaca socks. Do your research and don't fall for Facebook ads.
