I wish I’d had a better experience with this company, but I came away feeling scammed. I ordered 6 pairs of socks from this company, 5 of one type and 1 of another. What showed up was 4 of one type 1 of another and 1 of a type I hadn’t ordered. I contacted the company and asked them to send me the 5th pair of socks and what I should do with the pair they shipped, but was not part of my ordered. They wrote me back requesting a picture of what I received. I sent this. They responded that they’d reviewed their CCTV footage and that they had fulfilled the order correctly. I wrote the company several more emails, but they wouldn’t respond. “Pls send me the missing pair”. “Pls refund the amount for the pair you didn’t send me”. Nothing. I tried to google around for a phone number to call. There is none. I did find this trustpilot page where people have shared their similar scammy experiences. I also found the Reddit thread I listed below. Oh, yeah. After you place an order with them, they offer you a “job”. They say they’ll pay you $20 for every purchase you can get someone to make.

I ordered WillowAcesocks, 10 days ago and they claim same-day shipping. I have sent them three emails asking for a response and when the socks would be shipped. All I get is an automated response and no reply. Sadly, very poor customer service because I really enjoyed the first socks. I got from them

It's a scam! I ordered 3 pairs a week ago and expedited the shipping. Still waiting for them to arrive. I emailed them for a refund and all I got was an automated response saying they received my email and will respond back.

I ordered several pairs about a year ago 3 for me, one for my teenage son and one for my wife. They seemed good, not as nice as Darn Tough but good. after a couple months, both my son and I developed holes in a pair. I contacted them and we received a return authorization and replacements were sent after they received the damaged socks. About a month ago I developed another hole, this time they said they would replace but I have to pay for return, despite their website saying 1000 day warrantee and free shipping, free returns. many emails back and forth with them not budging. Very frustrating for socks that I otherwise liked
