I ordered 6 pair of socks in October 2025. Over a month later and still no socks. Originally was told shipping in 2-4 days. Contacted them and was told due to shipping would not receive until first week of November. When didn't receive was told I would receice 3rd week of November. Still no socks. Send 3rd email with no response.

Scam. Ordered product, ended up being cheapest pair of socks I’ve ever owned. They wouldn’t accept a return. Horrible business, do not support!

Still haven't received my order. No customer service, no communication. Don't buy from this company

I placed 2 orders in May. After several weeks wrote to them and asked where they were. They claimed they had sent an email that the socks were out of stock. I never found that email. 5 months later I have not received any socks from either order.

I ordered socks on May 18. They sent me a messege a few days later saying that they were out of the socks that I ordered and wanted to know if I would accept ones without the LOGO. I responded on May 21 that to send me the plain black crew socks which supposedly was in stock. It is now July 3 and still no socks or email from them except for another repeat message that they were out of stock and i needed to repond which I also repeated to accept.

While they advertise their warranty. I had to pay for shipping to send my socks back, then again for them to ship me replacements. Which ends up being more than the socks themselves.

I would give a zero star review if I could. I never got the socks I ordered. Their customer service was absolutely crap. Their suggestion was for me to reorder my socks and they’d give me 50% off my replacement order. So pay twice and hope the second time my order would show up. I had to go through my credit card to dispute the charges. Update: after weeks of back and forth and filing a dispute with my credit card, customer service reached out to me again. After proving to them by using Google Maps that the picture taken at “delivery” couldn’t be my house. Based on color, and porch. They resent the order and I got it. 2 of the pairs were the wrong size. I am just going to give those to people I know. It is not worth dealing with their customer service again.

Do not buy these socks. I purchased 10 pairs in October. 6 pairs of them had holes in them already from normal wear. I tried reaching out to them and they wanted me to return them. I asked them if they keep socks with holes or do they throw them away like 99% of people do. All they would do is tell me they won't honor their warranty without me shipping them the socks with holes. I found 5-6 of the socks in the garbage can next to my dryer and they refuse to send me a shipping label to return them. They are treating me like I am some scammer. This is the worst customer service I have encountered with a company that supposedly has a 1000 day guarantee. No where does it say in their warranty that you need to send them the socks that get holes in them or else they wont do anything for you. I might add the socks are not made in the US they are bought from China. Also there is no customer service phone number to actually speak to someone.
