Found it difficult to get the right number of socks to qualify for the twofer deal. Kept adding more or less with each option until finally I got what I wanted.

Shipping takes to long

I love the socks. Did not appreciate the little trick with the additional option to purchase more at a discount. I would have liked to change the address on the additional purchase. Fool me once, shame on you!

The socks are fine - but the 'deal' - not so much. The pricing is structured so that even if you take the Buy Two Get Four option, the added $10.00 for shipping discourages taking the deal. The 'deal' should be Buy Two Get Two and, then Buy Three Get Three and, then Buy Four Get Four etc. In other words, once you buy two, for each additional you get another.

I had a pair of socks new never worn with a big hole in them they give me money to replace them but I had to pay to ship them back plus order more than the replacement pair or pay shipping for them

Love the product.didnt like i received wrong size ,reordered and didn't get sale price. So instead of 8 pair returned i could only purchase 4 pair.

My second order was nowhere near the same quality as my first. The texture, durability and feel of the socks is vastly different than that of the first pair I received several months ago. I ordered the same product from the same website. My guess is they have outsourced manufacturing to a sub-par facility. Very disappointing. The new socks have already begun to pill and lose shape after one washing. The original pair is still holding up great after months of use and many washes.
