The website seemed to add items I did not want. I was only after the buy 2 get 2 free so I tried to just order 6 socks, but in the end it ordered me 10 pair for a horrific total.

When going to check out I bought 2 to get 2 free, total 59 dollars. Then a pop up says spend $9,02 to save $9.99 shipping charges. Then pop up says save 50% so I add 1 more pair. Then my order total is $74.85. Which still included shipping $9.99. Very misleading to get you to spend more. I have had this to happen with other sock sellers also.

The socks are great except they feel very tight around my feet and ankles

I ordered the largest size socks that you have which my theater size 13 and they are so tight I can barely get them on. It's very disappointing because I've seen this ad for some time and really wanted to try a decent pair of socks. I'm sure they're fantastic if they are the right size but not for me

I bought a 5 pack of socks because a fb ad said guaranteed for 1000 day. The last pair made it to day 220. When I looked into the warranty claim, their website said 200 days. Thats a far cry from 1000 days. The socks dont last and there is basically no warranty. I bought a competitors pair of socks that claim a lifetime warranty the same week. They are holding up great. Disappointed in willowace.

I didn't read the trust pilot review until my order is much later than expected . Waiting for a reply. Based on other reviews I am not excited.

Questionable offers due to lack of stock. Not honoring their free upgrade. Ordered green ankle socks in medium x5 with the 30% off. Then received an email back stating they don't have them and I can upgrade to another sock. Two options available. I took them up on the free upgrade option, lightweight version for $19.99 vice $9.99. Get a few more e-mails attempting to sell me ankle sox, and then got an e-mail today stating they don't have a medium and want to sell me black in size large. I checked on their website and medium ankle sox are available. So, after 12 days of back and forth I cancelled my order and requested to be removed from all their email. I understand it's a family owned business, however, if you don't honor what you offer then we are finished. This stinks because I wanted these to be my "go to" sox.
