Should’ve not paid tax its tax free weekend in Virginia

The first order worked fine, then the special appeared after the first order was completed, which I took advantage of. Then it got a little confusing if I was ordering more of the special, denying it, or what. Ended up ordering more socks than I wanted, couldn't figure out how to cancel two of them.

Holes in socks within a year. Offered a lifetime warranty then a three warranty. Returned socks. They lost the shipment and would not replace what I sent and they lost. Slow to reply customer service. Honestly a terrible experience. Sent more back today that have holes. Hopefully they don’t lose those too

Need to change the size of my socks in the order to X-Large please.

I didn’t get a confirmation email yet and I realized I didn’t get the buy 2 get 2 free socks for free deal. So if no confirmation number I can’t cancel order or ask for help with my order. So annoying!

Right out of the bags, not impressed. Look is nice, seams are good. first try I am not impressed at all. Softer than Cashmere = completely false, not even softer than cotton, barely softer than wool. XL 13.5-16 = completely false. I have size 14 wide and putting them on for the first time was tight, amongst the tightest hiking socks I have and were purchased in largest size of any in my drawer. very tight for wide feet. I will go hike 8 mile and see how they perform . . brb. Socks were tight from start to finish. despite the XL sizing they are amongst the tightest socks Ive worn. Footbed is meager, very similar construction to a $20 12 pack of polyester socks at walmart. Based on first impression they were sitting at a 2.5 star review, after my hike, cleanly earned a one star review. so very disappointing from the company that is suppose to be the "Hollow Killer" at half the price and twice the warranty. Will be exercising the "Best Socks Ever Or 100% Moneyback Guaranteed". Hopefully that is a claim that lives up to the marketing.
