DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered the $149 package of 2 bottles 4 shots and 2 shot glssses. I only got 1 bottle. No response from email or phone messsges. It’s a scam. I want to report to BBB

I ordered Willie’s remedy the first 2026 still have not received my willies remedy. I’ve tried and tried and tried to contact the company and cannot. I have lost my $98 which is what it cost at that time. Don’t waste your money because it just gets lost somewhere.

I’d give a negative star if I could. Ordering process was easy but arrival of actual order took far to long and wasn’t correct when I did receive it. I ordered a limited edition Red Headed Stranger bundle with 2 bottles, 2 shot glasses and a handkerchief. Packaging was poor and shot glasses were smashed. After 4 months of messages I still have not received replacement shot glasses. Customer service was initially responsive but I didn’t seem to reach the same person. End result. Don’t order from them as it’s all a bait and switch organization. I’ll never reorder.

I ordered from them a month ago and the package never came. I. Going through my bank to get my money back. I talk to other people that ha e ordered here and nobody has got anything delivered. It always just says label created

I really hate giving one star to Willie Nelson, but if it keeps one person from going through a stressful situation, it's worth it. This review is for Willie's Remedy Seed Co. I've ordered the infused drink and was totally pleased, so I wanted to try his flowers. A test order of six prerolls. Ad says shipping in 24-48 hrs. Just short of a month my package arrived. Customer service nonexistent. Five days after my order I received text asking how I liked the product, it arrived three weeks later, after me texting every day. The 12x12 box arrived, inside no packing, just a sealed foil envelope that was the same length as the prerolls, so you had to jam them in. When taking out a preroll it pulled out two more that were stuck together with a sticky substance, like drops of glue? I don't know what it is but they were stuck together. Very disappointed and will not order again. Sorry Willie, somebody dropped the ball...

This company ,site are horrible. The service is nonexistent customer service. My order was never delivered. Its been 10 days and it didn't even move for the first 3 days and then it went to a state away instead of shipping to my state then again it sat for 2 more days. They don't care about the customers. Don't waste your time, also cost to much. Willie should be ashamed to put his name on this site and product!!! Terrible!!!

They claim i sent 2 different orders..Different prices for same item..They will not refund..They want me to pay to return the bottle that i did order..So im being charged for 2 bottles and i only have one plus shipping.. Reading the other comments i see some complaints just like mine.. I should have never ordered from this company. As for trying it my bottle is still in the origional box unopened..The couldnt send me a copy of the invoice or correspondence because the email they are using doesnt exist..

I, like a few other customers, am not happy with Willie's Remedy. Ordered one bottle to try, received two bottles w/different Invoice numbers. Customer Service claimed I ordered both. They would not say they had set me up w/subscription. After many emails, CS finally agreed to take second bottle back and gave address to return it. Atlanta, GA no less. Cost $13.65 to return bottle. 4 days later received another bottle in mail which I refused. A month later still no refund issued. BUYER BEWARE!!!
