I requested Willie’s Remedy cancel my subscription 3 months ago. Willie’s asked me to give them a reason for cancellation and I advised that I couldn’t afford a $71 bill, (which I believe is way too much for what you receive.). I assumed they had cancelled my subscription. Today they sent me another order, which I did not order, and have charged me another $71. They DiD NOT CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, but delayed it for 3 months, which is not what I requested. I am requesting THEY send ME an acknowledgement that my subscription has been cancelled. I am awaiting their acknowledgement. The product is good, but the company sucks. I’m very sorry that Willie Nelson’s name is on this scammers product.

Willies was good...but: Willies signs you up for a subscription service -on your first order. WTH...i haven't even tried it yet? Not telling you that you were signing up for a subscription service is underhanded.

They will rip you off. Be careful. I ordered 1 bottle no subscription so when the second bottle I did not order or want was shipped and charged to my bank account I reached out to the worst customer service ever. Nothing resolved nothing refunded!
