Incorrect But Quality Plaque
Received incorrect color when ordering a blank plaque, was told by customer service that it was "because of their lighting" keep in mind I ordered a plaque that was supposed to be a dark walnut color and I received a plaque with a red cherry color to it, two totally different colors of stain. Asked for a return shipping label which never came, nonetheless it is quality wood so im most likely just going to have to resand and refinish it myself.

Hi Ruben, We are sorry to hear about your experience. Looking at you order. You ordered a " Bombay mahogany" color. This is a reddish color. I also see that we sent a return shipping label to you the same day that you contacted us and we reached out a second time just to make sure you received it. If you send it back with the return label we would be happy to refinish it for you and send you an image to make sure it's what you are expecting. Please let us know as we are doing everything we can to get you what you are looking for.
