Wrong Size
Hi. I have shipped my outdoor furniture wheels back. I mistakenly thought the size was the radius, not the diameter. Perhaps you could make that more clear on line? I've ordered the right size from you and hope to receive a full refund.

We do strive to make our sizing as clear as possible to prevent this. As noted on the product page, both the text descriptions and the image diagram explicitly state that the measurement refers to the diameter, rather than the radius. Regarding your return, we will process it as soon as it arrives. Because every item we sell is handmade from scratch, we incur significant labor and material costs to create each piece. For this reason, and as outlined in the return policy provided at checkout, all returns are subject to a 28% deduction. Your refund will reflect this policy.
