Just Poor Quality
I wish I had read some of these reviews beforehand. I tried to give Wild Pastures the benefit of the doubt. The first couple of boxes were just tough, and chewy, not good quality at all. My husband thought it was just the way he cooked it. So, we tried again. The last box, the packages had holes. Which I get they are frozen, damage can happen, sharp edges happen when they are that cold. But the meat had a funky smell. And it just made me not trust any of the meat in that box. I told the company, and they just wanted to replace the meat or a credit to next purchase. No thanks. I'll go find better quality somewhere else.

Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear that your experience with Wild Pastures didn’t meet your expectations—and we completely understand why you’d feel disappointed and hesitant to continue after the issues you described. You’re right that packaging can sometimes be compromised during transit due to sharp edges and extreme cold, but meat should never have a funky smell, and we take that very seriously. Our support team offered a replacement or credit because we always want to make things right—but we respect your decision and appreciate you giving us a chance in the first place. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re continuously working to improve both product consistency and the overall experience. —The Wild Pastures Team
