Poor information: After an inquiry I was mis informed by…
After an inquiry I was mis informed by Josh on the diameter of hole needed for thimble of my Martin heater. I engineered the install base on the incorrect information thus upon receipt of product had to divert to a alternate location for adequate framing then recall the propane provider to relocate the supply Also The “ instructions “ provided were extremely insufficient.

Charged a fee to cancel item not in stock
Item was advertised as in stock. Then next day they show as not in stock. Charged a cc fee to cancel order. Total scum bags. Don’t deal with.

When you placed your order, the item was listed as backordered (meaning we could still place an order with the manufacturer just with a delay in shipping), but shortly after, several more orders for that product came in, and we had to update the status to out of stock as the manufacturer only allows so many backorders to be placed while they update their inventory. Our team mentioned the small credit card processing fee at the time, but we’ve since refunded that in full as we didn’t want you to feel penalized for a misunderstanding. This company is the best!
The customer service is outstanding. Whether by phone, chat, or text, I always got an immediate response. All my questions were answered by a knowledgeable, live person, and I was able to choose the best heater for an off-grid cabin.

Wild oak trail is a great company…
Wild oak trail is a great company however it takes forever to get an order and the toilet really sucks. Whenever it’s burning it stinks really bad. It has to be emptied way more than they say and the whole ad was a lie.

Regarding your toilet, I know those models are made to order so they can take a little longer than the average system, but I sincerely apologize if the wait time wasn't communicated to you! Also I haven't heard before about the smell issue while it's burning from other customers, I'm wondering if your vent fan needs a little tweaking perhaps. Josh has tried to reach you a few times to do some trouble shooting but we haven't been able to reach you yet, so if you see this please give us a call and we can see if there is something that we can do to help.

it fits my power supply unit and extra items, I hope i can get more at lower prices
It was great it fit the power supply and more I hope for lower prices and bargain sale I have many things to protect My things are safer from EMP and CME

Great and communicative customer service!
They contacted me right away to let me know my purchase was on back order and made sure I was okay with that. Then they WAY over delivered! They said it would likely not ship for 10-15 weeks with a tiny possibility for sooner and it ended up shipping in just 4 weeks which was the BEST surprise!
