Wild Oak TrailReviews of wildoaktrail.com

I appreciated the clear product info on their website. They responded quickly by phone to fulfill my order, and it was shipped out in a timely manner. When I had questions about the DC wire having no plug, they contacted the manufacturer for answers and got back to me in a courteous way. Nice to deal with.

Grate costumer service. Shipment has been delivered on time.

It was shipped very fast and they got to my house and one piece same one definitely the best cooler I’ve ever had. I haven’t had a chance to use it because it showed up before I went hunting but next year it’ll be great I’m sure.

Wild Oak Trail was a great company to work with. We were quickly notified when the initial item we ordered became unavailable so we were able to identify a substitute that met our needs and was less expensive. Because we live in Alaska, Wild Oak worked with us and our freight forwarder to get our item to us in record time.

It was delivered on time. It was simple to assemble, hookup, and use.

Very personal customer service. When my order was back-ordered I received a phone call from a live person to assure me my order would ship and when to expect it. Excellent personal touch. And when I called their team, my call was handled very professionally and efficiently. Thanks Wild Oak Trail.

Was able to order a Harvest Right Medium Pro stainless Steel Freeze Dryer at a saving then called to check on shipping and delivery timing after about 10 days and was given the bait and swiitch that the more expensive Stainless steel version was not availablebut they would give me a black one at the same price. Wild Oak hould have changed the web site so the Stainless version was not available to order given there were none available then not done a bait and switch but given money off the less expensive black version.

Ordered my regatta bell tent and recieved it very fast!! Will definitely do business with wild oak trail again, thanks wild oak trail
