The delivery was on time but the meat was subpar. Their chicken has puncture holes all over it like they inject it with something. Some of the exotic pieces like sweet breads are ordered were absolutely awful. Some of their products were not vacuum sealed fully and had air in them and were freezer burnt. I love mail order food if it's good but I'm going to have to drop out of this membership quality control sucks

Customer Service is completely incompetent. I requested a callback. When they did callback, the representative had none of my information. She said it just shows a name; however, they call me back at my cell. Then she gave me an attitude when I suggested she look my account up using my phone number. She hung up.

2/3 times wild fork foods have missed my order. And their best advice is to cancel and put in for a new order. Highly undependable company, with no path to resolving the issues in completing orders for their customers.

Delivery was fine. I ordered from them to see if the service was worth the savings. I ordered a 15 pound brisket. It was only 8lbs no notice, nothing letting me know why so small when advertized as 15lbs. I spent several hours locating another locally but was hard on short notice and only flats availible. After trimming it wieghed less than 6 lbs there was so much fat. The quality was so-so, get better at box store. Needless to say won't subscribe or purchase again very unethical advertizing one an sending another.

My steaks were disappointing for the price. One was perfect 11/2 pounds. The other was flat and only .8 pounds. Was looking forward to fathers day but not now. I will try someone else next time. Was expecting the steaks to be closer in size for the price. Not a good first time experience.

Wild Fork has fantastic products and excellent customer service. I’ve ordered steaks and other proteins and the quality has been exceptional. The seafood is also excellent. When I’ve had an issue with an order (it happens) their customer service has been very helpful to quickly resolve it. Great company with great products.

After reading poor reviews about the Wild Fork delivery I was a little worried so I called customer service with several questions about their delivery process and meat sourcing before placing my order online. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I placed my order yesterday afternoon and it arrived by Roadie within my selected time frame this morning. All items were solidly frozen and packed in an insulated bag with a small paper bag of dry ice. Overall, my ordering and delivery experience was great. Once I try the hangar steak and picanha I will write another review on quality.

Worst possible delivery service, as others have said. So what if the products are great if they don’t arrive?
