WF will bombard you with constant emails and text messages after your initial purchase. I regret shopping with WF because their marketing is excessive, overwhelming, and outright intrusive! Oh and not to mention the box of BLACK inedible lobster tails I received on my last purchase. I regret buying from Wild Fork 100%!

I’m glad I’m not dealing with delivery because we have a store near us. I went for the first time today and tried a beef Patty and it was superb. I’m glad I can pick and choose the meat I want and hopefully it’s delicious.

I purchased a turkey in July.The price was reasonable.I had paid around $50 bucks for a 12 pound turkey.Plus,Wild Fork shipped the turkey 2 days after I ordered it and the bird was still frozen too.Big ups Wild Forks!

My last 2 orders have had thawed product when I opened the box. Dry ice was gone, so no surprise that the food was thawed in this hot weather. Dry ice isn't very expensive, so I don't get it. Use more dry ice in hot weather. I'm done with this service.

I've ordered twice from this company after buying free shipping membership. Both times they overcharged me from the original quoted prices. The first time it was about $8 dollars. However, the second time it was by $24. I calculated out all the price per pound amounts on my delivered order and it should have been 60 cents that I owed them. I sent several emails asking to explain this, and to date, no response. I will never order from this company again.

Problems with delivery of my order the last 5 times. It never gets here when it is supposed to. The customer service person says Wild Fork has no control over the amount of time UPS takes yo deliver the food. You have got to be kidding. This is food we are talking about. If their delivery company cannot do the job, then it is Wild Forks responsibility to find a company that can do what they promise. Customer service is inept. They don't even try. And you can't get a supervisor to even call you back. They have lost my business. Such a shame. Good products but customer service and delivery issues are killing them. Where are you CEO of the company? Do you even care?

I ordered seafood products because of recommendation from friend. The cod was so fishy we could not eat it. I emailed Wild Foods about it with no response. The cat fish was just ok. We are almost afraid to try the salmon as we bought 2 packages. We were so disappointed.

Placed my first order , shepherds, pie was delicious. I had it for dinner., brisket came rocksolid, frozen, two preseasoned pork lines came rocksolid, frozen , Green beans were still frozen. Haven’t had them yet. was missing a shaker of salt and called customer service, and they credited my account, was notified. The driver was on his way, and he was punctual in this area it’s through DoorDash. Will definitely order again
