Dear Issy, Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review for us. Another great review on the quality of the safari you had with us and also the level of service in our camps. We are however really sorry to hear about the flight and transfer issues and hope this wasn't a timing issue you experienced? Our flights can be slightly bumpy at this time of year due to the heat.
