Do not buy a wig from this company !!! Will not except returns for a wig that is not even the colour you ordered. My 84 year old mother might as well throw the wig in the bin she ordered a grey wig and gold a hold wig !
UNHAPPY
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD....THE WIGS CLAIM TO BE HUMAN HAIR ARE NOT HUMAN HAIR. THEY DO NOT REFUND. THE WIGS ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THIEVES. $410 DOWN THE DRAIN.....THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND, THEN ASKED FOR MORE MONEY TO GET A WIG AS PER DESCRIPTION, THEN SENT ANOTHER INFERIOR WIG, CHEAP. MONOFILAMENT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. HORRIBLE QUALITY, FRIZZY, SYNTHETIC HAIR. AS YOU CAN SEE IN PICTURE, THIS IS NOT A MONOFILAMENT. CANNOT WHERE THIS WIG, LOOKS FAKE WITH THICK BINDING ALL AROUND FRONT. THEY WILL NOT REFUND, AND THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY.

I ordered wigs from this company 3 months ago and still haven’t received them. I know they are coming from China, which is a big part of the problem but still no excuse. As a cancer patient I couldn’t wait and purchased wigs from Wigs.com and they were exceptional. Wigsis.com would not cancel the order when requested multiple times. Also having difficulty getting the return address. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Stay away from them and go to Wigs.com.

I ordered a wig for my gf. Then I saw all the negative reviews. Wow! Tried to cancel after a month but they said it was already shipped. The wig finally arrived after 3 mos. We were prepared for the worst but we're pleasently surprised. The wig is well made and gf likes it. Not bad at all.

SCAM!!!! I cancelled my order within ten hours after learning if their “no try on “ return policy. They also take weeks to deliver. The construction being bulky would not work for me. They refuse to process my cancellation and refund They are a SCAM!!!! Do NOT BUY here!

Stay away! Every single negative review here is true. All positive reviews are fake! Look them up on other sites. They will send you very a cheaply made wig and then when you try to return it they will try to push all kinds of offers and in the end refuse to refund. This wig is not real hair and looks awful and not made to fit properly. This earlier mentioned Olivia will try everything to not give you a refund (probably not a real name) This business is based in China and they will not honor their return policy. There is NO return policy. I will try to call my credit card company to reverse this payment. I wish i saw their reviews earlier :(
