I love my new wig and I love working with this website! This is the most comfortable wig. I own and looks like I have cut my own hair. I wore it to the hairdresser and even fooled her. She was so impressed with the wig that she asked me where I got it, so she could tell other customers where to find such a realistic looking wig.

I have read some bad reviews, I felt worried about my order before, but once I received my order, it looks amazing. Fast delivery, product exactly as shown on the pictures, very happy. All seems good .

Today a 7th reply from WigSis....said if I am STILL not satisfied they will refund me 10 percent...yet no Return Address provided. I have tried six times to get a Return Address to send back my purchase that was not good quality to no prevail. The so called WigSis representative, Mildred, will not provide that information. The response always states they will exchange the wig. The web site clearly states a Return Address is needed before anything can be returned. Buyer Be Aware. Today again, Mildred response stated they will send me a New Wig but I must pay the shipping charge. I clearly stated Do Not send me a another wig. I will be contacting my credit card today .

The only way to get your refund from these scammers is to contact your credit card company, They will reverse the charge. It worked for me, although the entire process took 3 months. Register your complaint with the Better Business Bureau first, then contact your credit company. Wigsis will give you a fake address to send back your wig. Mine was one in Alaska. That way they can claim that you have not returned it and therefore will not return your money. Best of luck to everyone of you who has been victimized by these bottom-feeders.
