Got scammed! After waiting 5-6 weeks for the package to arrive, wig was nothing like the picture of what I ordered, it was more like a $10 costume or Halloween wig you would get at a drugstore. The hair was literally orange! Paid $130 and could not return or get a refund! Read BBB reviews before ordering!

I was sent an expensive orange wig and when I complained that it wasnt the color in their picture I was told I wasnt use to wearing a wig and pictures are deceiving. So i cant return it. I responded "I believe you have just said im stuck with it. I should of read the reviews about you first. I see I'm not the only one who received an orange wig. One person called her orange wig a Halloween wig. I'm sorry I fell for your scam. I regret doing business with you and i will post my honest opinion of your wig and how my complaint was resolved with your pathetic excuse that pictures are deceiving. Which is true because you deceived me with a picture that doesn't look like the wig. I'm also calling bank to refute the charge. All of your good reviews are obviously fake." UPDATE: sent photos and emails to my bank for review. Was refunded the cost until they decide the end result. Company kept sending emails trying to bargain by offering partial refunds. I stopped responding. I posted my "blonde" wig in my profile pic. Hope this helps others!

I think the good reviews on this site are made fraudulently, on the complaints on the website, there is an address fro Australia and Alaska. My horrible wig came from Carson, CA. It is nothing like the picture they stole from another website, I ordered dark brown, it is very red, 3 inches longer than the picture, is not lace front or mono fill. It look so fake it cannot be worn. I have 9 e-mails from "Daisy" to date, she wants me to sell it to someone else, dye it, pay her more money to get another one and keep the piece of junk, yahoo, now she wants to refund $40 out of the $145.00 that I paid because they are a "low margin" company, however i am seeing some pretty high margin advertisng. Does any one wonder why you have to send a picture of the very bad wig on the 1st e-mail? My wig is not anywhere close to the website order. This is actually fraudulent, and I dont beleive not one of the good reviews its an actual person.

UPDATE: So i finally got the wig on the 18th, im so disappointed in this wig, there is no hairline, where there is supposed to be baby hairs to blend is just long hairs, i was hoping to be able to do damage control on it but it would show the cap if i tried. the middle part looks terrible, the style is not what i ordered, it looks like they put extentions under a long bob and with the way it lays no matter what i do it hangs right in my face. the hairs at the base are messed up pretty bad when i tried to do a half ponytail it doesnt work cause the cap shows and the hairs are horribly damaged at the base. i really did what i could to make the wig work and its just such a bad wig, my 42 dollar synthetic looks better than this thing and i paid 130 for this thing! i think the color is a pretty red and it does feel like real human hair but i would have been happier if they had sent me a really good synthetic instead. i wouldnt buy from this place, i was hoping that the reviews were real but looks like a bunch of fake reviews for this site!

WigSis is an alarming seller~~ As reported by many reviews here, there is disparity between wig ordered and what is actually delivered. They allege full refund if not satisfied, which is beyond impossible to achieve, due to their base address in China. After no cooperation from WigSis regarding receipt of a totally wrong item, I submitted to PayPal Resolution center, which ruled in favor of full refund, once the wig was returned. WigSis insists on return to their China address, even though the return address on the parcel I received was actually in California USA! Though PayPal Resolution authorized full refund, they insisted that the wig must be returned to the China address of the seller, as that is the official one on their business account with PayPal; evidence on the parcel received from California did not count. Proving receipt of return, to China, becomes challenging, and the seller will only refund once the return is authenticated. At time of purchase, I was not aware that WigSis is a China-based company, or that it would take months to receive the order, let alone endure the protracted effort and fight to obtain some sort of return. After literally months (!) of delay, and my compromise, a partial refund was received. In all, a most unsatisfactory transaction. There are so many reasons to buy elsewhere~~ the months waiting for delivery, the disappointment with a totally wrong product, the lack of integrity and total resistance to refund, and the tediously frustrating Resolution process, (though glad it's available with PayPal), and the poor refund result. Please trust these reviews.

Its been 4 months since my order. I never received my item and Wigsis refuse to refund me money. I will never make the mistake to buy with them again.

First of all. This should not even be a one star! I thought I found a really nice human hair wig. That was a BIG joke! I have a nice synthetic wig, which looks really good on. I thought I would like a human hair wig, so I could style it with a curling iron. First of all, I waited at least a month, finally contacted them, to see where my wig was? In a few days got an email, giving me the tracking number. I tracked it, and believe it or not, it was still in Shanghai, China. Finally I received it, and I was so happy. But when I opened the box, and saw what I had paid $237 for, I couldn’t believe it. It was a cheap piece of junk. The cap was cheap, and way to small for a medium. I have medium and they fit nice. The hair was to be real hair, don’t know if it is. Was suppose to be wavy, and is poker straight. The colour I ordered was the very lightest blond, a beach blond, almost white. The colour I received was a darker golden, golden blond. The most FAKE hair colour I have ever seen. I would not be caught dead wearing this piece of junk! I contacted them right away and asked for return address. Contacted them many times, and got all kinds of excuses, never gave me the address. Finally after many emails, they gave me an offer. Return my wig, me pay for shipping, and they would make me a new one. Or, I keep the wig, pay another $65 USA and they would make me another one. Now, why would I want to order another piece of that junk?? I emailed them back, and turned it down. Telling them I would return the wig, and expected a full refund. Has been a few days now, and haven’t had a reply. Just waisted $237 This company is a BIG SCAM, and should be shut down. Once they have our money, they do whatever they want, not caring at all, how they rip people off! SO, LADIES, I HOPE YOU READ THIS, BEFORE YOU GET TAKEN, LIKE I DID, Thank you! UPDATE - It is July 27,2020 today. I have never heard from WigSIS again. Like I said, they refused to ever give me a return address. I am a retired hairdresser, and have never seen such a terribly poor guiltily wig. IT IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE, WHICH I HAVE PUT IN THE GARBAGE!

I bought a wig, but I wanted to return it. I am now so many emails further with customer service. The person is really just ignoring what I'm asking - I'm asking for the return address, as every customer is told in the return policy - but all I get back in response is they want to make a new wig and the price for this they lower with each subsequent email. I only now see all the other reviews and if only I had seen them before, because the amount I spent on that wig is not small. That's why at least I want to REALLY warn others about this and hopefully the whole company will someday be knocked down because this is not normal and you don't deal with customers that way. Be careful where you order something online.
