Absolutely horrible. The topper I received was not wearable. It was very fake looking and did not have enough hair on it. I can't wear it. I contacted their customer service for a refund, as their website states they will offer a refund if the quality is not good. But the customer service rep Lucy just argued with me and actually tried to get more money out of me for them to fix it! I repeatedly asked for a refund and even sent a screen shot of their refund policy. Not only is the quality of their wings horrible but their customer service is awful as well. Never buy from this site!! You will waste your money!

Good selection of wigs, fast delivery. I would give more stars but I wish I didn’t have to pay a shipping fee each time I purchase a wig, especially when I can’t try it on until I receive it. I liked the wig but it didn’t look good on me. I would think there would be free shipping on orders.
