No returns policy.
Be very careful when buying a wig from them. Make sure that you read the refund policy. There is none. I bought the wig thinking I was going to have chemotherapy and that decision changed. I tried to return the wig and explained that I no longer needed it because I was no longer needed chemo and we went back and forth 27 times. The bottom line is that they will not allow me return the wig. It is frustrating because they were not understanding or possibly not even reading my emails. They kept on apologizing for the wig not being to my satisfaction and recommending that I should wash it, cut it, and try it again. Even though I continuously tried to explain to them that it had nothing to do with the product that i just didn't need it anymore because I am not receiving chemotherapy they kept on apologizing for not being to made to my satisfaction. After much back-and-forth they emailed me saying, that to be honest it would be a big expense to send it back because it came from China. Several times they offered to ramake the wig and charge me half price for the new one. They couldn't understand that I don't need the wig and I will not be using it. And the last email they sent me said that the most they could offer me was a $20 refund and to keep the wig. Now I'm stuck with a wig that I will never use.
