I ordered a wig in #27 color and they sent a wig in #1color. If you have not ordered from them, Don't! They are a scam. They have no return addresses nor customer service. They are not located in te USA.

When I ordered a wig three weeks ago, they claimed it would ship within 3 days. When I tried to cancel the order a week ago, they told me it was too late bc it "had already shipped" and have me a FedEx tracking number. A week later, the status in FedEx is "pending" meaning they haven't received the package. I've tried to call but there's no customer service number for the UK or US.

Please people listen to all the bad review. All this is 100% true. Do not buy from these people.

I just received a awful wig I ordered and not no where like the picture. A scram and rip Off! Doll synthetic hair. I will not ever order anything from China ever again. No return address. Run!! don't order from these people.

I agree with the one star reviews, I wish I could give a -1 star! I need wigs for medical reasons, on the website they stated that shipping is within 48 hours. Hell No..liars and fraudulent!! I ordered on 8/28/21 still nothing. I asked for a refund and Paypal put a stop- order on my money then the company is sending emails to say they will ship as soon as I remove the claim from paypal. That's not going to happen especially after reading these reviews. Send my money and keep your crappy wigs!

One star is too much for this company! The wig I received yesterday was not the one I'd ordered in any way - different colour, style, length. What they'd sent me you could only put on a scarecrow; disgusting! I need wigs for health reasons and they cheated my so badly! Ewa Slemp

The company scams people out of their hard earnings. I purchased a wig for a friend with cancer and the sent me a used, dirty wig that had obviously been worn. When I asked for a refund they refused and then gave me a fake address.
