Now this bunch are trying to have my reviews removed. Their reason I never placed order. Now I find this strange as I have order number and several emails from them offering me discounts on the rubbush they call wigs. Even more strange PayPal refunded me the cost Don’t buy from these EVER I have had to involve PayPal as this company has no idea what it is doing. I received emails that contradicted the previous email I received and I had to remind them of this more than 5 times. They then advised PayPal they would offer me 60% refund and for me to keep these things they try to sell as wigs. I have refused as I am totally out of pocket and I want a full refund Any post on here that states these are good must have been written by there own staff and their service is disgusting and their wigs are anything but nice they are fake and look nothing like the photo you are choosing the wig from. My wigs arrived not only the wrong colour but totally the wrong style as well. Several emails later and no further forward have now advised I require a refund or I am going to get PayPal involved Total disgrace Several emails and they have tried to say these wigs cannot be resold as they were a special order which is total rubbish as all they have done is look for a longer wig different style and they believed I would be foolish enough to accept this rubbish from them. This is a long but very important story if you are considering buying from this company. Please take the time to read. I bought a wig for over $200 from wigsbuy.com. It was nothing like the photo and so I messaged them to get a refund. Part of the reason I even decided to buy a wig that expensive was because I read the return policy and felt safe knowing that if the wig was not as expected, I wouldnt have lost $200. I emailed them and they told me to try it on and send pictures. I did as they instructed. They told me to spray it with hairspray. I didnt do this because it would disqualify it from return. They kept giving me different low offers for returns, such as as a 15% return, eventually up to a 60% return, and so on. I refused all of these offers because their return policy clearly states they will refund you the full amount. Then suddenly they would only return most of the money, except for $30 to cover them shipping it to me. It was free shipping, so I said no you will refund me in full. They finally agree to refund me in full and gave me the return address. I returned the wig. BUT THEN, about a week after they've received the returned wig, they BLACKMAIL me, saying they will only refund me if I removed reviews from trustpilot and a few other sites. My father had made these reviews for me because he paid for the wig as a gift to me because I have cancer. Of course my father and I declined because BLACKMAILING IS ILLEGAL and refusing to refund someone after you agreed to (I have it in writing) and we had agreed on those terms before i sent the wig. I sent them back their product so they are legally obligated to refund me in full. They actually threatened me. I told them how unacceptable and inappropriate and ILLEGAL that is and told them if they did not refind me my money, I would further post more reviews. I was going to stick to that promise, EXCEPT that they just reported my fathers review as a "fake" review, even though they acknowledged to me via email that those reviews belonged to me, their customer. So they are knowingly being DISHONEST and playing very dirty. I'm still waiting on my refund, they said it would take up to 15 days. I've been in contact with my credit card company and I hope this escalates to a point where mastercard no longer accepts payments to their company. Wigsbuy, I know you're reading this. You are still legally obligated to refund me in full. I said I would not write any more reviews about you, but reporting my original review has broken that trust and I your name will be infamous for the worst, most dishonest, law breaking customer service on the planet. And if you report this review, I've got plenty of receipts to show trustpilot and the world. Thanks for listening.

wig def didnt look at all like pic. was poorly made customer service was unsastisfactory. they only wanted to refund %60. not worth the hassel. dont buy!!

AVOID WIGSBUY. I ordered 2 wigs from WigsBuy and when the wigs came it looked absolutely nothing like the wigs advertised on their website. I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures to prove that it is the wrong wigs. After I sent the pictures, they said I should use hairspray to fix the wigs. After countless e-mails and pictures sent they finally sent me the return address. I returned the wigs and I could see from the online tracking that they received them and they refused to refund my money (US$166.00) They are just ignoring my e-mails. Now I am trying to get my back through PayPal. Update: I received a full refund from PayPal

"Whoa nellie, does this company take the cake. First the items I received were crappy quality and no where matched the website photos. Then the customer dispute link doesn't work (convenient for them) and no one answers any of my emails until I finally put up a bad review on a website. Not their site, by the way, I was unable to review them on their site. When they saw my review, they actually posted they would "punish" the employee who processed the order. Nice, real nice. Then they refuse to do a refund despite the blaring differences between the product and the website photos. Then after giving them several more links of bad (but truthful) reviews I posted, they offered me back $10, $25, and then eventually a full refund when I lodged a complaint with PayPal (whom I paid through originally). They only offered a refund if I were to close the dispute with PayPal. Now they've received the wig back, and have only given me $87 of the $107 the extensions cost out of my pocket. They claim it's to cover shipping. However shipping was FREE as part of the buying deal and I had to pay to have it shipped back to China. So honestly they should pay me back the extra 20 they're keeping, plus what it cost to send that piece of trash back. They have now offered me $10 if I remove the bad reviews. No way!! So then they offer me $50 in goods. Insulting. Take your business anywhere but here." They have since complained to this review site that I violated review rules in what appears to be an effort to remove this review. History is done, they had their chance to respond in an acceptable manner. It took MONTHS of arguing and unwillingness to give up on my part to get my refund. Paypal was mentioned because that was the payment method. I still say a year and a half later, do not use Wigsbuy.com.

I ordered my first wig from this company and thank goodness I spent a whole lot of money ($50.00). When I received the wig, I couldn't believe how badly made it was. You could see all the tracks. When I contacted them, I had to send pictures 3 times and they still did nothing about it. I order wigs on line all the time and I will stick to the companies that produce quality wigs and focus on customer satisfaction. My order number is 306400
