These are nothing better than costume wigs. DO NOT BUY. The quality is average and colour so basic, you think they'll look natural THEY DO NOT! I've baught better on ebay! They won't refund, only ask for pictures and then don't respond.

I am a cancer patient who was just diagnosed. Spent 201.00 for a human hair wig. I was double charged. We disputed the second charge. They refunded 201.00 and never sent me the order I paid for. I have tried to correspond by email and was told that the order was cancelled and the money should be in my account. But I was refunded for the original charge. I have been waiting patiently and am now bald with no wig and out 201.00. Thanks Wigsbuy.

Bought a wig for $264.00 when it came it looked nothing like the picture of the wig i ordered. When i wanted to return the wig i was told i can only get 60% of the money back. So what are they doing with the other 40%? Do not buy wigs from this company. They are ripping people off. I wish i could show you the picture of the wig i got, it looks more like a mop and not something i would ever put on my head and go out in public. I have bought synthetic wigs before and they were exactly like the picture on the website and a fraction of the price this time i wanted to buy natural hair thinking the quality eill be better but actually i was shocked and dissapointed when i got the wig.

Wigsbuy took $221 from me and sent me an email 4 weeks after i purchased my wig, only to tell there will be a delay on sending me my item. I tried tracking my order, only to see the status as pending all the time. Absolute Scammers!!!!!

BEWARE!!!! Absolutely terrible experience all the way around. I ordered a 12 inch blond curly wig from this style and received a 2-3 inch red curly wig, that looked more like Harpo Marx than the picture for the wig. When I contacted the company, they tried to get me to take a $20 refund instead of providing me the return instructions. When I declined the offer they said they would only give a 40% refund, (while still trying to get me to keep the wig, because it's so expensive to ship back) and still refused to provide the return shipping address. I had to open a dispute with Paypal and they still tried to get me to just keep the wig and give me $20 refund. I had to escalate the claim with Paypal before they would provide the return address. Absolute sham of a company!! Stay away!!!

Total Scam! After placing an order, I found a lot of complaints online, so I reached out to cancel the order. This was within 12 hours. I was told that because I put the order in as a dispute through paypal to cancel it, it was holding my money, and as soon as I cancelled the dispute they would cancel the order and refund the money. So, I did. They never cancelled, and the money was then taken out of my account a day later. I contacted them again and was told it would take a few days to show up. I explained that is not true, with paypal it shows instantly. I then got another email stating that due to the labor that went into my wig, they would only refund half. LABOR? What labor? I cancelled the order! Then they told me I would need to pay shipping to send the wig back. Huh? I never got the wig.... I opened another dispute on paypal, and then received an email stating that they need to forward this to their financial department and it may take a while for the refund. WHAT? So, now Paypal will be getting my money back for me, and I am have reported them as a fraudulent company to Paypal and others. Update: I received an email from the company telling me that were giving me my refund, and could I please update this review to reflect that. Well, they never issued the refund, I waitied, and finally Paypal settled the dispute and forced the refund back to me.

I bought "human hair" clip ins about 4 bundles and noticed it got old after 2 days of wearing it,and no I did not sleep with it also after washing it I found out it was cheap synthetic they took at least about $250 from me I asked for a refund after taking pictures and sending it to them ,all they did was refund me $10 and send me numerous emails about their sales I will never buy from them ever again! Scammers! scammers! my order # is 402938

If I could select zero stars, that would be my choice! This company misrepresents their wigs. The product does not resemble their online picture at all and is VERY poorly made. Wish I had read the tons of negative reviews about them before I purchased. They won’t accept returns either. Such a dishonest company altogether. There are much better companies out there who are trust worthy and not shipping shoddy goods from China- BEWARE!!!!
