Total nightmare of an experience. False advertising with items received not at all even a close representation of what's posted on website. Very cheap/poor quality product. Visible stitching. Stitched more like a garment. So when you wear the wig it's obvious that hair is held together by seams. Seams actually showing. Hair is dull and does not look like real hair. Customer service is non existent. Generic responses that most often do not address your issues. After a couple of emails they stop responding. No option to discuss issue with a live representative. I wasted almost $400 and lots of time. This business is unethical and a scam. Wish I'd read reviews before buying.

Do not buy from here, you do not get your item and you are not given a refund or offer of any solution. Worse service everrrrrrr.

If I could give them a Zero I would. The wig is nothing like what I ordered. It’s horrible and cheap. It’s a scam. Don’t buy from them.

I spent over $200 on micro ring extensions, not only did it take super long but the told me it was 100% human hair, LIES!!! they sent me nasty fake hair that shriveled and lost its color after 1 wash! I told them i want my money back and they werent even going to give me half back ,and i had to return the fake hair back to china which would of costed an arm and leg !!! Warning they are a scam!!!! Wigsbuy are HORRIBLE

I paid expedited shipping on over $300 Worth of hair and waited over a month to get it. Not 5 days as I was told. I get that it’s china and it might take longer but over a month?! And when it arrived guess what? WRONG ITEM entirely. Curly weave when I ordered wavy and the extensions were 10 separate pieces when I ordered a one piece clip in. It wasn’t here for any of the events I needed it for and upon arrival they wanted 60$ for Chinese customs clearance fees...Which they did not warn might come up despite the delivery charges I was paying for. I got a text only the day when it was being delivered to give them the clearance fees too. no warning even a day ahead saying have money ready or you wont get your delivery after over a month of waiting. What if I couldnt pay. Like what if my cards didn’t have that on it? Or I couldn’t find $60 in a matter of hours before delivery? I wouldn’t get my delivery after waiting !! NEVER EVER AGAIN will I purchase from you!! I don’t even wanna use the product at this point because I’m like $400 out now. What B.S! Such a scam. I’m so upset with this company and how much extra money they took from me during the Christmas season when it hurts most too. Refund wise they give you full refund if cancelling after 24 hours...70% of the amount within 24-72 hours and after 72 hours 30% of your total. Once order is shipped out tho can’t get refund !!

I ordered a 163.00 wig and haven't received it

I bought a 150.00 wig from them! It is awful! It’s not even the wig I ordered! Please don’t waste your money on their products! They will not give your money back! Your lucky if you get a response from them! This company should not be allowed on the internet peddling there junk!

Terrible quality wig- looks like a fright wig and smells terrible. I ordered a 55 dollar wig which I will not bother getting a refund for. I should have read the reviews before ordering, and consider this a lesson.. To repeat, wigsbuy sent me an absolutely horrible looking wig. Yuck.
