wigsbuy.comReviews of wigsbuy.com

What do you expect? Their photos are not of wigs but of hairstyles ripped from around the internet Its a scam.

just like all the others I too got duped into paying for expedited shipping based on the information under shipping times. Expedited shipping is supposed to be with 3-5 business days. Payment was processed o 3/7 and is still being processed. When I emailed them I had NINA say that processing time is 7-14 days and shipping time is additional 5-10 days ( NOT what they have under shipping times for the US with expedited shipping!!!) Expected delivery date is not until APRIL!!! So much for paying for expedited delivery. Im going to look into reporting them.

Horrible experience & quality of wig. I purchased 2 wigs the first one came after 3 weeks. Such poor quality I can’t wear it, the cap is all messed up and the hair going in the wrong directions, and the hair is thin and just rats up into knots.- so upsetting. And the second wig they didn’t apply their advertised discount, and it’s been two months and still no deliver, nor have they given a delivery date or respond to any complains about this or the previous order. They credited back $30 to compensate for a $300 wig that is unwearable, and I spent another $400 on a wig that is MIA... overseas company with poorest service and quality

BEWARE: NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, WIGSBUY is a Shady and deceptive online Company, they rip people off and therefore are a scam! I spent a little over a $100.00 for 2 wigs and almost a month later I finally received both of them they were a frigging hot MESS they were of very poor quality, they were longer then I ordered and were not even in the style that I ordered, they could not even be styled, I would not were them as part of a Halloween Costume much less as part of my daily attire and beware because their return policy is ONLY 7 days and it is not posted upfront on their website, it only comes up after you have placed an order and when I looked for their contact number to call them it was then that I realized that this Company is NOT even in the US. so calling and talking with a Customer Service agent over the phone is impossible unless you want to spend the money for an overseas call, I had to contact them through messaging on their website in order to ask for a return/refund and then I was flat out told that because it had been past 7 days that I could not return them and get my money refunded even though it had ONLY been 10 days after I received the last wig when I contacted them so another words, I am now not only out over a $100.00 but I am also stuck with 2 POS wigs that I can only trash, I will NEVER order from this Company again and had I known upfront that they were not in the US and that their refund policy was ONLY 7 days I would have never ordered from them in the first place, STAY AWAY!!

Wigsbuy.com sent me a mess up wigs, I hate it! Will never buy from them again. Wig for a clown

WIGSBUY IS A SCAM. I ordered a custom wig on 21 Jan 2019 and received 5 March that I paid $155. The wig looks nothing like the picture on the website... colored was wrong and the hair look terrible ...what a hot mess! Customer Service had me to send a pic of the wig and the WP# on the box to determine if was the wrong wig sent to me. I was offer $18 to keep the wig and asked was the wig beautiful. Hell No! I received nothing because they said it was custom made but not what I order. This company needs to be reported so they can stop taken people money for false advertiser.

I would strongly suggest you not buy from Wigsby. I ordered two wigs neither looked like advertised. I sent them (which I paid shipping) back in original box and packaging with all tags still attached. Refund to my card was 30%less than I paid for them!!!! Not cool

My experience with wigsbuy was very unusual. One good thing is that they were prompt with emailing me back when I was concerned about my order. (No way of calling them)At some point of the waiting I wanted my money back because it took so much time.(At this point I waited 11 days before contacting them) They only offered me 30% of my money back when it was in the preparation stage(due to them already starting on the unit). I figured hey they got back to me and I really want to try this wig and I don't want to throw away money like that. About 4 or so days after that my unit had been shipped. So from the time I ordered feb.12,2019 to The 26th of February I was waiting for it to be shipped. They said in my email that it may take a few days for for some places to update the shipping information. No problem i thought I'm happy it's on its way. Fast forward a few more days. No updates. . . .A couple more days no updates. And then on March 5th it arrived. The box was crushed and upon opening it, it wasn't what I ordered:(. I ended up throwing away money after all. At this point I'm not upset it was an interesting lesson that they blessed me with at such a small price. I would say this isn't the best place to go for hair if your in a rush. Now I did choose standard shipping so this could have been some of the reason for how long it took. But it takes them according to them 11 days to just prep the wig. This is my first review on a product and I think it's important for you to hear my story before you purchase. All the best to you.
