Purchased a pale blonde wig on 3/19/19 and received a red/brown wig. I have been trying to connect with this company for a week . They asked me to take a pic so I did of my hair color and the wig color and nothing. I have to say it is a beautiful wig just 20 shades too dark for me. I Looked on the American Cancer Society's page and they accept slightly used wigs for children and adults, so I will just donate mine and will never work with this company again. Charged for something I never received try to get ahold of them I don't know if it's Jamaica or China but I'm calling my credit card and don't order from wigsbuy.com

I bought a wig from wig wigsbuy January 18th and now it's April I still didn't get the wig they took my money I cannot get a contact number for them this is fraud this website should take down they stealing people's money no wig this is not right stay away from this website it is fraud

I would not rate this company even one star, it's the lowest rating I could find. I ordered a wig from them and I was so disappointed, the Wig that was sent to me was not even the 1 that I order, and they would not replace it unless I took a discounted amount of money. It was not at all what I ordered I was so disappointed, would never order from this company again. I would not recommend this company to anyone because it is just a rip off. And there should be a law against this. If you buy from this company you buy at your own risk.

my account says that I made no orders yet they charged my checking account, No one responds to to my attempts to contact them, I will contact my credit card company.

This company is a scam. I had ordered a wig back in December and got the product in March (3 months later). They kept telling me to wait and wait. I should have just canceled the order but I was really excited to get the wig, I finally open the package and its the wrong wig. Wrong size, length, colour and texture. I was beyond angry. They tell me that inconsistencies can happen and to take it to a hairstylist to make it look better. I told them that the product is not what I ordered so why would I do that? Even if I did like this wig I couldn't wear it because its the WRONG SIZE. I asked for a full refund as this was not the product I ordered, and a paid shipping label to send the product back to them. I should not have to pay shipping for an item I did not order. They of course refused and only wanted to give me the money for the physical product itself. They deducted an international shipping fee even though the shipping was free on my bill so I'm not sure where that came from. The refuse to call me on the phone so I can speak to them directly. The communication via email is terrible. It's like they are responding to messages that are not related to the one I write. I will keep fighting and will update you guys. If anyone has advice I would love to hear it.
