I ordered a short, layered wig and instead received a very long curly wig. My first two emails about the problem were unanswered. I then left a bad review for their site that they responded to. (I am sure my review will never be posted!). They asked for pictures, a copy of the packing receipt and other information. After sending them all this information, they responded by saying that because the wigs are handmade, they can vary slightly! Wigsbuy is an unethical company. Do not buy from them.

This company sucks. My wife ordered a wig in medium blonde & received one that was a light pink. Nothing even close to what is portrayed on the website. We tried to dispute the order and exchange the wig - not return it, not ask for our money back - just exchange it for a wig that resembles medium blonde. The company never responded to her first two attempts to dispute the order. Today, after waiting 5 days, she tried again & got a pop up window saying that the order cannot be disputed. We tried to chat with someone online and they closed the window on us. Looking into this company, it is actually based out of Poland, so there is not customer service number to call here in the U.S. If you want to call their office, you have to call Poland. Do not give this company your business - this is terrible, terrible customer service.

I ordered 2 wigs they came in the wrong color and were horribly matted I contacted the company immediately they admitted they had a problem with the vendor and the color is wrong. I asked them to resend or refund and they ignored me. I wrote 5 times now and no response. So I called my bank and they are going to pull the money back. Horrible Horrible company do not order from them.

I lost my hair during chemotherapy and ordered 2 wigs from this company, they were absolutely nothing like the photos they advertise. They are unwearably fake and cheap looking. I complained and sent photos to them, they offered a derisory amount refund if I returned the wigs to them, the postage was just about the refund offered. Seriously don’t trust this company or the positive feedback!

Rip off! I paid $165.00 to have my wig shipped in 2-3 days. Three weeks later I receive a notice that it’s on its way-too late. I needed it for an important event that has already passed. I will contact their customer service but from the other reviews, I’m not expecting a favorable outcome. I don’t know if I can file a class action lawsuit to help all of us. If I can, I will write back on this site.

Ordered three wigs. Wanted to return them and cannot get any kind of response from this company. Horrible! Apparently have just lost 160.00!

Horrible. Wish I could give it negative stars. Return policy is not good. You either get a fraction of your money refunded and keep it ($10 of the $40 I spent), get $18 back and have to ship it back on your dime (again I spent $40), or they give you 10% off another wig (meaning you still keep the crap one you were sent and paid for) - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shipping took weeks too.

The reviews are true, my experience is similar or the same the company is fraudulent with how they advertise a product and when you receive it, look not even close to the product you ordered. It is a hassle trying to get your refund. Please do not order,you will be sorry. Wendy Montgomery
