Absolutely THE worst! I will always check reviews in the future. I ordered exactly what was pictured brown with blond highlights medium bob. I received a pixie wig and it's scarlett red. I'm plastering my social media with warnings now!

Sorry I had to give them a one star, they deserve a zero, Please go somewhere else to make a purchase. I really got fooled, they took my money, sent me a phony tracking number, glad I used PayPal, they had to step in to get my refund.

The only reason they are getting one star is that they do answer emails. They sent me the wrong colored wig. I took pictures and they agreed. I order a honey brown color with lighter highlights and it can black with grey highlights. They want me to pay shipping! Or keep it and get an $18 credit! They got it wrong and they agreed and then want me to pay shipping. Yes this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I ordered.

THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE BAND FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE US. AND THE CELEBRITIES PIC THEY ARE USING SHOULD COMPLAIN. THESE WIGS ARE FOR HALLOWEEN NOT FOR EVERYDAY USE. THEY SENT ME A PIECE OF JUNK THE LOOKED LIKE A POODLE ON MY HEAD. I WILL NEVER!!! ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.OH, AND PLEASE DON'T THINK YOUR GETTING A REFUND, I HAVE TO CHARGE IT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD WITH MY BANK. JOKE WAS ON THEM!!!!

I should have read the reviews. This company still has not sent what I ordered. And I am deluged with ads from them. They are horrible. buyer beware.

If I could give a rating of less than zero, I would. I ordered two human hair wigs. Both were to be a light brown/blond mix. Both of them are yellow/orange. Horrible. Website is less than navigable...impossible to handle returns. Wrote emails...no response. Cannot get any info on how to return. VERY DISSATISFIED!

This wig company is NO different than the other over seas companies that are ripping unsuspecting people off. If you want to play it smart always read the company's reviews before doing business with them and try to buy local. Its a shame that these companies are allowed to present false advertisements and rob people. Maybe that is why we are having so many trading problems with these Countries because of all the thieves that operate there. Hopefully they will loose a lot more than they steal.

Do not order from wigsby! I ordered this wig I thought would be the colors I wanted with long A line and got the total opposite. I got dark brown short hair no highlights and no A line cute cut like the picture. When I tried it on the hair on top sits high and looks so fake and cheep looking! What a waste of 170.00 bucks for crap supposedly real human hair... I tried to contact them and no response whatsoever. I hope Google takes them off as they are fraudulent!!!
