DON'T BUY FROM WIGSBUY!!!!! I am going bald so was excited to find a wig that looked like the hair I lost. After two weeks it arrived. It does not look anything like the wig I ordered! The website said all items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. I instantly sent the wig back to the sender in China. It cost $35 to send the wig. I started getting emails from wisgsbuy, first and offer of $25, then $75 finally $ 95 refund on a wig they charged $165 for! I have contact my American Express service department and am hopeful the many documents and emails will prove how unscrupulous this company is. I have had many products received from China. Always they were quality and according to their description. This company is so bad and their responses are totally unprofessional. It is as though after they take your money, they start negotiating how much you will pay for the shoddy product.

Do not buy anything from this website, I made a purchase and they took my money two days later and it has been two months and i have yet to receive my purchase. I have sent multiple email regarding my purchase and its delivery date but all i got was an apology message and that they would give me a 10 percent discount on my next purchase. Hell no I do not want anymore coupons from this place! two months is way too long to not receive my purchase. I have made multiple claims to get a refund but they only allowed a 30% refund and I did not accept this so I took it to my bank to fix it. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE it is horribly organized.

I received my wig & it did not at all look like the wig in picture. Color wrong & hair is shaped wrong. Tried calling # on side of box & on a stub in box#. Both #'s cannot get thru sounds like u dialed wrong # but u didn't. I wanted to return it thought 30 days no 7 days return. I'm putting in a complaint with better business bureau. Do not buy wig here!!!

I Kidd you not I have been sending emails all day wanting shipping information on product I ordered. No response. Reviews do not look good. I think the next step is going to be a chargeback on my credit card.

got a wig, horrible fake looking, wanted to return immediately, but nobody answers at service center. never buy with them, it is just a loss.

Paid $154 for a wig and never received it. Can't get anyone in customer service to help me. I, too, should have read the reviews before I purchased.

Awful Chinese company! I received my wig today and it looks like dog hair! I have gone back and forth via email with this company and all they say is “you love wig..wig really good” : / Do yourself a favor...buy AMERICAN through Wigs.com (I got the “Miranda” and it’s awesome! It’s bad enough going through chemo only to have to deal with an awful wig company. Thank heavens Paypal is stepping in to help.

SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS before I made a purchase. Tried to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering and contacted my bank to dispute the charge once I read all the bad experiences that people have had. Am anxious to see what their feedback is as I certainly should be able to cancel as I tried to immediately. I am sure I will get a bunch of hogwash based on the reviews of their lack of customer service. Sounds like this company is just out to take advantage of consumers. I doubt they even care that people are giving them such horrible reviews. I wish there was a website that would let you know what companies our X-US versus American as I have no intention of supporting X-US companies.
