Chinese online crooks.Some law enforcement agencies need to look into this scam.I ordered a wig and can not contact anyone to check on my order.Do not purchase anything from these ROBBERS.

BUYER BEWARE. I SPENT ABOUT $300. I READ THE REVIEWS AND 30 MINUTES AFTERWARD CALLED MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT ON THE ORDER. iT WAS TOO LATE! THE ORDER WENT THROUGH AND THE BACK APPROVED THE TRANSACTION. THAT WAS TEH BEGINNING OF JANUARY 2019. TODAY IS FEBRUARY. NO EMAIL, NO WIGS REC'D. NO CONTACT. NO TRACKING... You are dealing with a company in China. The wigs are made in China, directly shipped from China, and customer service is horrific (also in China). The only way you can contact them is via email, with a poor response time on their part. The wig they sent me was nowhere near the one I ordered (as pictured). A blond short choppy layered look is what I wanted. What I got was a long (middle of the back) reddish shaggy wig that literally looked like something I would buy at a Halloween shop. And this was a $250 wig!! I am in the process of trying to return it, without much success. First, you have to send them at least 3 pictures, upload them, and state your case for why you want a refund. They have since responded that they think it’s close enough to what I ordered and will only refund me $110. We have been going back and forth with this for two weeks now and they still haven’t sent me an address to send it to. It is a complete scam! And I am right in the middle of chemo and do not need to be dealing with this!

Wigsbuy.com selling as wigsupply.com is a complete scam. I purchased to wigs listed as Jon Renau Kristen lace front wigs in two slightly different rooted colors. The website listed the return address as in Pennsylvania. When I received the wigs, they were the exact same color, neither were rooted, they were not even lace front wigs, and definitely not Jon Renau wigs. These wigs were worth maybe $10 each, much less than I paid. They did not respond to my email, so I made a claim through Paypal. In order to get any redress, I had to ship them back to China at my own expense for $37 per wig. It's not worth spending that much money to ship them back. This company is abhorrent. The reviews on their website of the Kristen wig must be stolen from another legitimate site. Please do not waste your money with this company.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! I ordered a wig in Nov for a Christmas gift, I did receive it before Christmas BUT it was the wrong wig! Wrong color, worst wig I’ve ever seen! It was supposed to be 22 in long & 150%density... So I had to contact them, wait for someone to contact me with their return info, because if you want a refund they offered me $120 back! I paid over $300 to have it the length & density I wanted. So I had to pay for shipping, it took another 6 weeks... I finally receive the replacement wig & it’s worse than the first one!! I wanted to cry! You cannot speak to anyone, it’s all via email & every time I would try to chat with someone on their website, you get someone different! They promise you the World!! So back to the Post Office I go to pay to ship back AGAIN.... that was a month ago & now I hear absolutely nothing! I have emailed every single day inquiring the status of the Wig & theyre simply not answering me! So now... I am out at least $375 that they stole from me & no Wig! I CANNOT stress enough DO NOT BUY from them... their wigs are just awful quality! Nothing like the pictures!

I ordered a product for my Mother. with in 5 minutes I discovered this site with all the bad reviews, although the reviews were great on their site, which are probably fake. I canceled my order within 15 minutes, it did not get canceled, but I got an email reply saying they were out of town for spring break until the 28, then it was the 30th. I don't know how you can process orders if you are not there. I have threatened them, the product will be returned upon my receiving it, but no reply what so ever. This is a poor excuse for a business. I hope they don't think I'm going to give up, because it's not happening and I will expect a refund. In the mean time, I will be filing several complaints. Update: so far hardly any decent response from wigsbuy. They responded once and said that there was no order but my debit card was charged the amount of the purchase and I have not been refunded, nor have a received an order. That was more than 3 weeks ago. This company is obviously fraudulent, and I will be filling a complaint against wigsbuy for committing fraud.

Never received my wig. Unable to contact customer service. They do not answer emails. Please don't waste your time and money.

This company is a scam, please beware. Their contact # is not legitimate, they did not send any confirming email, the tracking # given to me was non-existent when I checked on their website. They also never responded to my email enquiry.
