wigsbuy.comReviews of wigsbuy.com

I purchased 2 wigs from this company, I liked both but I also ordered two pair of earrings and two hanging wig mounts. I never received the wig mounts or earrings. I believe the mounts cost 25$ and the earrings were 15$, yeah, around $40...they’ve gotten away with owing me. On top of that they’ve blocked my email so I could not reply after sending me several emails claiming that my items were delayed in the shipping process but in the meantime here’s 10% off, on your next order. I should be more careful and check out reviews first. Especially when it’s advertised on Facebook. You live and you learn. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is disgraceful. They took my money and didn't send me an order acknowledgement email. I have tried contacting them on so many occasions, through messenger, calling, email and they just ask for an order number. I told them they didn't even send me an email after I paid so I don't have one and they have now stopped replying altogether. I have reported them to my bank in hopes of a refund. Please stay away from this company and let's get them shut down

So today is February 13, 2020. I ordered 2 wigs last week on February 5th. My order status says ‘preparing’ it’s said that since I placed the order. I even paid for expedited shipping! I’ve sent 3 emails to them and their website says they respond within 24 hours. Well, my last email says that if I’m not contacted by tomorrow I’m disputing the charges and canceling the order. Of course THEN I looked up reviews on the company... OH MY GOD. The reviews I read made my stomach sick. It seems everyone has has a problem with this company! All the same problems, no responses, ridiculously long waits for shipping, poor quality of wigs. I used PayPal, so hopefully the good folks of PayPal will see the long list of people who have had problems and my claim will be in my favor. Of course Wigsbuy has no problem sending me emails about their deals and multiple emails per day! But God forbid they respond to a customer who spent $215 on their product. I’m very disappointed, I wanted to have them delivered before Valentine’s Day, so I would feel pretty with hair when my husband takes me out, but I guess I’ll just have to be stared at and pitied without hair. Shame on Wigsbuy. Scamming people who are in need of hair, and not just for fashion reasons.

Received a very poor quality wig. Have contacted company numerous times no response.

I ordered a wig over a month ago and have not received anything. The payment shows up on my credit card payment. I have emailed them numerous times and I get no response back. Stole my money and doesn't have the decency to admit it. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Horrible horrible experience!!!! Product wasn't even close to described item. Tried to return item, had to challenge company and my credit card company. Their return policy has zero wiggle room. Lost my claim. Unhappy. Will not be a return customer.

Crooks! Not sure why this place hasn't been shut down. I could scrape dog hair off the floor from my Great Dane and make a better wig. I paid $130 for what was supposed to a non synthetic wig. What I got was nothing close to what i ordered. The wig (if you call it that) looked like a a bag of tinsel glued together and it smelled like cigarettes. Do not send them any money!!! China scam!!!

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT WITH THIS FAKE, CROOKED COMPANY IN CHINA!!! THEY STOLE OUR IMAGE WITHOUT CONSENT...WE ARE LOOKING INTO THIS FOR LEGAL ACTION... BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!
