Wow where do I start? This company are a real piece of work. I order a particular short Bob wig and to my amazement when I opened the box it was the wrong wig, wrong colour and wrong length. When I received an email from them quoting they would offer me $79 US dollars and they would give me their return address. They were holding me to ransom and refused to return my money and to top it all of I had to pay the return fee. I spoke with an agent via chat line and I received the same treatment but this time I was offered $80 US again no return address unless I accepted their offer. What are the rights of the consumer? how are we protected from people like them? seems we have no rights at all. I would advise people to give WigsBuy a wide birth.

WOW!! i HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH A PIECE OF CRAP IN MY LIFE. #1 I had waited for over a month on this wig. #2 When I opened the box (which was made better than the wig) I saw this mass of black hair with slightly streaked copper colors. #3 The way it was made was horrific!! I didn't even take it out of the bag and went straight to the computer to have it returned. Well, everyone was right, I have emailed several times and no answer even though they said they respond within 24 hrs. on business days. After I read the reviews (after I received it) I realized this whole process is futile and would get nowhere. I thought what the hell and took it out of the bag and put it on. Unbelievably ugly! I put it on my ottoman to write this and my dog looked like he wanted to roll in it like it was a decomposing something or other. DO NOT-I REPEAT-DONOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I was so disappointed! Waited a very long time for delivery. What I received was a Grey bob that looked like an old lady and no front lace. It was synthetic and definitely was not human hair as they stated on description. Was supposed to have short curly bangs...they were 12 inches long. The other wig had badly exposed perma-tease on top and was a bright orange color. Both of these wigs were not even close and quality was fair at best. Filed a grievance as they suggested on the form they suggested. Also sent an email. Absolutely no word from them. I fear I will be forced to have my account protection get involved. I hope I hear something soon. I can't afford to loose the money.

First the product did not arrive on time... I contacted the seller Wigsbuy and could not get any response... I made three different attempts. I e-mail for them to refund my money. They asked if I could wait a few more days... 2 weeks passed and still the product did not arrive... this went back and forth several more times and they said there was a problem in production and they would get it to me in 6 days. it finally arrived. What I received is not 100% human hair as I paid for... and the product looks nothing like what I ordered it looks like the hair of a wet dog... color was not even something I have ever seen before. I told them to send me the correct wig that I ordered and they said they would try to do better. Basically, they just gave me the run around. I feel this company is offering products that the do not produce or have access too. When you complain the give you three options to settle it... the best option they give you is where they only refund half or your money... and you have to pay for the return shipping to receive the 50% refund. They are a scam and a fraud!

I ordered the color brown and what I received was the color blondish orange. I was an awful artificial looking color. I have gone back and forth with them to try to get a refund and so far all they offer me is for me to pay shipping and get half the money back, 75 dollars so I would lose 95 dollars, or get a credit. I asked how they could assure me I would get the correct color next time and they said they could not. I am still disputing the claim to no avail.
