Worst company online. NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. 1st they take your money, give you reasonable delivery times, then switch and months later you receive your item, only to find its not the color you ordered. You write them, provide them with proof it was their error and they want you to pay return shipping to get the right color. WHAT! It was your mistake not mine why should I have to come out of pocket, I already paid for the item I wanted & shipping to get it. Now I have to pay for your mistake? SCAM SCAM SCAM! Its their way of not providing you with the item you ordered so you're stuck with something you don't want, but they have your money. Take my advice pay a little more & do business with reputable companies. This company is CROOKS! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Ordered and paid on May 1st, still haven't received anything. They keep saying there is a problem with shipping address but it took them 2 weeks to first email me about it when I had paid for expedited shipping. My account still says preparing but it also says I have placed no orders. Very disappointed and upset.

I ordered and received my wig -- but. However, it was not like the picture -- too long and curly. I wrote to get the return numbers and never heard from them. I wrote once a week for four weeks. These people are money grabbers. Do your self a favor and avoid them.

Never received my item within 4 months! Suffering from alopecia I really wanted this wig before my 30th birthday in February as a gift from my nanna spending over $200, after emailing time after time They told me that my item had been destroyed! I must pay another $89 for them to remake it! I paid over $200 for my item and they refuse to give me a full refund! Trading standards will be contacted! ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!! Do not buy from this site! I ordered spending more than 70 USD on a purchase over a month ago and have contacted customer service for which I never heard back but then they send me a survey asking me to rate their customer service. I clicked the link and it takes you to a reorder and login screen. I will never spend my money on this again.

I ordered a salt & pepper colored curly wig. They send me a red colored wig. I contacted them to arrange a return for what I thought could be an innocent mistake. They have not responded at all. So I gave the wig to a friend. Chalk it up to a lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN, WIGS BUY.

This company is a scam. They sent me a totally different color than the one I ordered. The website doesn't even allow you to put a review. DONOT buy from this company!!!
