Do not. I repeat DO NOT buy a wig from this company. The wig they sent me was nothing like the one in the picture. Wrong style, wrong color. The hair was sparse. The customer service number on their website is wrong. Sent several emails requesting to return wig for a refund. At first they said they couldnt find my order. Then they said I would have to send them pictures so they can see what the problem is with the wig. They just gave me the run around. Terrible product and horrible customer service.

If I could give it zero stars I would, don’t waste your money. What you get looks nothing like what your ordered. You have to fight to get a refund and ugly too small wigs that are not human hair and then they make you pay for return shipping all the way back to China. This company is committing fraud. Again, don’t waste your money. I learned the hard way to never buy a wig online.

Do not buy anything from them. It took about a month before I got the order. They sent the wrong wig. I asked for average for size and what they sent was so huge...no human could wear it. I contacted them by email and asked how to return it and they never contacted me back.

Such poor quality. I was afraid to try it on it looked so bad. I tried to get a refund and they asked me to send pictures! The email had misspelling. Also, the wig I purchased had a 5 star rating but 0 reviews. I would not buy again. Horrible mistake.

The wig was NOTHING like the picture. I wanted a cute short curly, layered bob, about hairline length. I got a 1 length cut about collar bone length. It was curly, thankfully! Luckily I am a hairdresser (it was for a client) and I was able to give it some shape. She hated it, and I don’t blame her! Definitely over priced and takes way to long to get here. You can get way better quality hair for less money and faster shipping from pretty much anywhere else.

I placed an order and requested cancellation an hour after. I made many requests but didn’t get any reply. I’m not sure if the business exists. I should have checked reviews before placing the order. The website looked OK. Scammers

!!!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I ordered from wigsbuysupply.com last week, there was no confirmation # or email from the company, just the PayPal confirmation, I immediately knew something was wrong so I went to their contact only to find out they have a fake address in Alabama, US with a disconnected phone number and fake email. I opened a dispute immediately on PayPal, this "company" finally emailed me back from a random (not company) email from China saying they would cancel my order if I canceled my dispute on PayPal. This is a lie. I have no confidence that this company sells quality name brand wigs as advertised. My dispute is still open after a week, I'm feeling confident that I will get my money back through PayPal, but I had to act fast and it is taking some time.
