So terrible!!! This is a Chinese site; they don't respond so you can't return items within their return window. The wigs are AWFUL !!! I bought a wig for $120 and it's not the color I purchased and the cut is not symmetric and the hair is completely lopsided. It is awful! I returned it to the address on the package I received because I wasn't getting a response from the company. I emailed them the tracking # & this morning (day8), they told me they would not accept the return because I didn't get authorization prior to the return. I emailed them everyday for 5 days. On the 6th day (a Saturday), I returned it. They responded on the 8th day. I paid for the insurance, tracking and they have to sign for it. I’m getting my $ back! DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF!

A very fraudulent company. Wigs look nothing like pictured in their ads. I ordered a short pixie cut wig. When it arrived, it was long stringy hair in no way shaped as pixie cut. My hair stylist couldn’t even cut and style as the hair protruded out on the sides and would not lay flat. I can’t even describe how bad it was. They would only give a $73 refund on a wig that cost $220 with shipping and tax and then you would have to pay return shipping. I was so mad I threw it in the trash can!

Do not buy from this company. It is a total scam. I ordered my wig, no way did it resemble the picture on their website. I made several attempts to return the product with no help from Wigsbuy. There is no return shipping label. I went through PayPal, they finally offered me a refund. Only to discover it would cost me more to send it back than my refund.

This is the worse company to make wigs... poorly made and from CHINA!!!! they don't look as portrayed and the colors are hideous. IF YOU DONT EVEN TRY THEM ON ONLY LOOK AT THEM THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU 50.00 BACK FROM PURCHASES OVER 125.00 !!! RIP OFF

1 only put 1 star because you could not put any less they dpnt deserve any .they should not be able to trade at all .first of all the pictures of wigs are not wigs just pictures of hair styles on models. You will wait 8weeks with all sorts of excuses they wont get back untill you are quite abusive to them .when they arrive they dont resemble any of pictures . Then they wont let you send them back untill they know what is wrong, they say if you dont like it it's no reason to send it back if you dont like colour you cant send it back I payed 64 pounds after many arguments they said they would give me 34 pounds back but i had to pay for postage the postage cost me 20 pounds so i ended up with very little money and they had the wig back to send to another mug .these people should not be able to trade how could i get them shut down .the stress with terrible I thought I was going to have a heart attack ,never never order a wig especially from this wigsbuy in China. It's a scam please please dont put yourself in the same position that I was .keep your money it's not worth the aggro, they pretend they cant understand you to delay things then right at the end a man called Sam understands everything keep safe

This is a fraudulent company. There are good value wigs, decent wigs available in the UK starting at around £120 for fibre and about £550 for human hair. Like others, I learnt this the hard way, losing over £300 to this company. Their staff take pleasure in stringing you along regarding your refund too. You get so used to all the great internet shops that you can get complacent and caught out by this kind of outfit. If you pay by PayPal, they won’t help with any non appearance of goods or non refunding of your money either. It’s depressing, especially if you have a medical condition causing hair loss.

Terrible Wigs!!! I purchased four fiber wigs from them and only two arrived with them still completing the other two. The wigs I recieved today are so thin on top that the cap is extremely visible to anyone who looks at me. Also, one wig and cap is "bubbling" on the top, right out of the box, making it look awful on top of my head. I liked the color and the fiber hair is soft but if there is a "bald" spot on top of the wig allowing my head to be visible and the cap bubbles on top, it is not a wearable wig so NO price is worth this hassle. I have waited for weeks to recieve half of my order and the half I recieved I cannot use. These on line wig stores are not worth the wait and the trouble associated with purchasing from these people. And, the cheap Remy Human Hair is junk!! The ends begin to frizz immediately and after a month they are no longer wearable. I recommend you save your money and visit your local wig store where you can try on their product and inspect it for flaws!!!

Please do not order from this company!!!! Everything sent to me was incorrect and never received a refund!!!! I sent the merchandise back to whomever sent it to me which was the incorrect address! This company does NOT provide a legitimate phone number or any way to reach them! I lost almost 600.00 from ordering on this website!!!! Do not buy from this company!!! I wish I would have read the reviews first bc there are many like mine!!!!
