They ship incomplete orders. Charge you for items they never send. Hide behind language barrier. Must be in cohoots with Paypal who close your case saying you did not escalate when you have texts confirming otherwise. But of course no phone number. Stay away from both companies.

wigsbuy.com are scam. do not buy from them. the wigs and the hair in general are garbage. for real they look like halloween custom .and when you try to contact them it is a nightmare the phone # that they show is never answer. you can only contact them by email and they never want the hair back they offer me $60.00 and I spent $457.00 I pay with Paypal. I refused them they offer me $90 I refused wigsbuy told me that if I return the wigs they will return me $180.00 less shipment cost and I payed for the shipment right now I am desputing it with Paypal. I lost time and money I do not have my wigs and I do not have my money. very very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed and my wig is highly frizzy and they false advertise. I spent my hard earned money to end up with the worst investment. I'm so upset!

This company is awful and to me they are running a fraudulent business. Their wigs look nothing like the on-line photos. On top of that they make it difficult to return a wig. They must approve a return. And if they approve a return you cannot get a full refund. I bought 2 wigs at $150; and I could only get a refund of $88. Warning to Everyone - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a wig with expedited shipping. It was shipped from China and took 6 weeks to receive. It looks like a dead possum! I have given up trying to return it. The worst part is that now I see that they are calling themselves TLC Wigsbuy. TLC is a reputable company endorsed by the American Cancer Society. This company is a disgrace!!

This company is the worst ever. I don't know how they and their employees have not been arrested for robbery. They take your money send you some ridiculous hallowe'en wig and they won't answer their telephone and all emails bounce back saying "cannot deliver--no domain" What can we do to stop the thieves?? A éviter absolument les frais de douanes (30 euros) viennent s'ajouter aux prix de la perruque qui est d'une qualité médiocre. Attention ceci est noté en très petit dans les conditions de vente c est une arnaque

I have just received my wig after a 2 month wait and having to pay another £24 Customs Tax. It is total rubbish doesn't look real or anything like the picture.
