I recently purchased a wig on this site and when it was received this week, it was not the color nor the style as advertised. I tried contacting this company via phone only to find that the line was constantly busy and trying to leave a voice mail the auto attendant states "mailbox full". Days later I receive an email stating they want pictures which I have sent. Now there is no update from them.

My Wigsbuy wig has not one thing going for it. I paid $90 for an unwearable lump. The wig looks like it’s made from straw, Totally shapeless , without sheen or life, you can see the weave through the hair, what animal it came from I don’t know but not human, a very sick ferret, maybe.

I too am very upset, the place is a joke. I got a wig I could have got at the dollar store. It was ratty , I asked for blond but Ireceived black with grey. Emailed them, they offered me $25.00 Back and keep the wig. I paid $100 and maybe would wear it on Halloween. This place is running a scam and should be shut down. Total false advertising absolutely what they advertise isn’t close to what they send you. Scam operation not legitimate. Stay away Warning!

Feel really upset. Have been ripped off. Stay away from this company. Wish I had read reviews before I purchased. The extensions they sent me were nothing like the picture, completely wrong colour and then heard nothing after I returned them, and now when I try to email them, it bounces back so no way of contacting them. Feel such a fool, have just thrown away money I could not afford to waste.

This company is a scam. I believe it does not exist. There is NO way to contact them. They do not answer emails. Their livechat does not work. I am getting ready to contact my State's Attorney General and the BBB. Do NOt buy under any circumstances. The reviews on the website are false.

If I could give this company a minus10 it would be too generous. This is a scam company. What you see is not what you get. STEER CLEAR!!

stay away from this company. they are a total scam. ordered $300 worth of extensions. only a partial order (value $30 came). the rest never showed up. there is no customer service…the number listed goes nowhere! no email…no social media responses. you will surely lose your money.

This company is a complete scam. It took over a month to receive my "order". I paid for what I thought would be a Noriko Jackson wig and what I received is something that not only is the wrong color, but it looks like it was hit repeatedly by a truck, run through a meat grinder and used to clean someones bathroom toilet with it. Do NOT spend your money. This is NOT a Noriko wig it is a TOTAL and complete scam.
