It's been over 45 days and I have not received the wig. I did not know this company is in China or I would never have purchased. They gave me a tracking number that does not work and when I tried to get information regarding my order, it says I don't have any orders with them. They are refusing to give me a refund by saying the wig has shipped but their prior email said it would be shipped a different date. I will never purchase from this company again. Buyers beware. I wish that I could give a zero star.

This company is absolutely awful. I placed an order in early July having lost my hair due to chemotherapy and they took the money a few days later. We are now in October and as yet I have still not received the wig. I have emailed at least 10 times and am told to be patient and wait. Today I get a letter asking me for another £23 for import Vat and a clearance fee. They have to be joking. I have asked for a refund several times but get nowhere. These people are con artists and are obviously fraudulent. I should have read the reviews before I purchased as it sounds like no one is happy with their purchase. At least they received it. Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from this company. I paid the import tax and finally received the wig. It is absolutely awful. Badly made and not at all like the picture. Be warned.

I wish I could add a photo to show what I ordered and what I received after months of waiting. I couldn’t wait to receive my “Gabrielle Union” wig. What I received was a wig that appears to come off of a scare crow. Wigsbuy did email me periodically about the delay and asked if I would rather have a refund in lieu of waiting. As I really wanted the wig I elected to wait. Had I known they would be sending me any old wig they found I would have taken the refund... $300 later for a wig that I would not have paid $20 for. So disappointed.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered my wig in early August after an absolutely traumatic and disastrous hairdresser experience. It is now October and I have heard nothing and received nothing. Thanks for scamming me whilst I was vulnerable 🥺

If I could give them no stars I would after two weeks I didn't receive my wig. Customer service replied instantly but try to get me to wait I was told they have a processing time of 10 to 15 days before the item can be shipped. I'll let you know if I get my refund that I was told that I was to receive in 5 to 10 business days. When you look at the reviews check where the reviews are coming from items to the United States take a lot longer so if you want a wig in December I suggest you order it in July.

Please I would never buy a wig from wigsbuy im still waiting for my wigb3 months now. Im requesting a refund inno longet need this purchase.

I bought 2 wigs from Wigsby this summer and had the exact same experience - not only with this criminal excuse for a store, but PAYPAL.. who refused to refund me until the store had my product returned.. but just like other buyers who commented here.. the returned wigs got as far as China and ..... NO REFUND. And PAYPAL sees this all the time. So I cancelled my paythievingpal account also. AS LONG AS PAYPAL LENDS THESE CROOKS THEIR SERVICE PLATFORM, MANY MANY MORE PEOPLE WILL BE SCAMMED. I'm out only $82.. I can only imagine what Wigsby and paypal are raking in ... I suggest disassociating with BOTH of these crooked companies. VJCB

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WIGSBUY. Wigs arrived wrong color, wrong style. Wigsbuy tried to offer discount, then offered $20 credit and me keep their garbage wigs. They keep asking me to take picture of wigs in daylight then they will check and confirm the problem to help me deal with issues! My ISSUE is that I purchased wigs from China which are total crap and they will not refund. I wished I had seen these comments first - shame on me. WIGSBUY IS BAD NEWS!
