wigsbuy.comReviews of wigsbuy.com

DO NOT....I REPEAT....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It is a rip-off, a SCAM! I ordered a wig from them about 2 weeks ago and received it this week, 02/3/2021. The wig was awful, nothing like what was pictured. I tried combing it out and it started shedding. I usually read reviews of a company before I order from them, unfortunately I didn't do that this time. Lesson learned! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Horrible experience !!!!! I will never buy from Wigsbuy again and want to discourage any future customers from getting scammed as I was !!! One star is not want I would give them but 0 star if the choice was there. The website is misleading, the wig I ordered took weeks to arrive. The wig was not at all what the pictures described, the color, fit and fibers were a cheap imitation and it was unwearable !!! I immediately tried to reach the company for a return of the merchandise and a full refund in the time allowed by wigsbuy return policy on their website. I send many emails to their customer service without any response, I also tried to call the number provided many times, the phone goes dead after a few rings !!!! Impossible to reach anyone !!! I ended up filling a dispute with PayPal where they were able to get me 1/3 of my money back. Do not order any wigs from this company, you are wasted precious money that you could use on a reputable website to get your wigs... for women like me with devastating hair issues, we depend on trusted website to honor what they are advertising, for some of us, hair mean dignity, jobs and self confidence.... wigsbuy will rob you of your money.

If I could, I would leave no stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM COMPANY. The products are less than adequate. More of dollar tree quality. They will not refund. Everything comes from China, even directions in Chinese. I disputed the charges with my credit card. It still took 3 months. The wig was the wrong color and hair was coming out. Horrible experience all of the way around. Oh, and the scarves looked like nylon hose. Pathetic!!

Please do not buy from this company. The wig quality and coloring is extremely poor. I ordered 2 wigs. What I received were not the wigs I ordered. I paid over $200. for both wigs. I was offered a $12. credit to purchase another wig. No refunds.

I WISH I had read the reviews for this company before I purchased the two wigs that I did. It took 4 weeks to get my wigs. 1 came DIRTY! And even though it seems like it had been washed there was still dirt or something in the wig. They have a chat option but NO ONE is there to chat. They DO NOT return emails. UGH NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

annulation de l'achat, j'ai fait opposition sur ma carte, débit frauduleux, supérieur au prix d'achat et absence de réponse du service client.

I ordered a wig for my aunt and it has been over a month and a half and I can't contact them. If I had known this was not a company in the US I would have never ordered. Google should let people know up front if a company is American or not. There are too many headaches and horror stories with these foreign companies and we loose money. DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSBUY.COM!!!!!!!!

I ordered 5 wigs in November 2020. One arrived in December. They charged my acct 756.00 and I have yet to receive the rest of my order. They do not answer "live chat" at anytime day or night. They do not respond to emails. They do not call or update. My order has been in limbo for 3 months with no response. The one wig that arrived looked nothing like the photo. DO NOT purchase from this site...it's a Scam! I will be filing criminal charges.
