If I could give a ZERO, I would. False information, fraudulent res presentation, and just an overall scam. Cancelled my month old order for lack of shipment and just plain honesty. Either you have stock or you don’t. Either you provide quality products valued at 100’s of dollars each, or you don’t. Disputing with my cc company and documenting the fraud on this, the BBB, and any other social media available. Sad!

Returned unused wig 11 16. It was delivered to them 12 5. USPS track shows. Wig was nothing like the picture. Cost me 78$ . Then 28$ to return to their china location. They’ve got wig back and they’re keeping my money. They are crooks. Do not be scammed by them

Wigsbuy.com sews shiny strings of who knows what plastic together, sprays it a color, and ships "it" out, arriving looking like a matted sheepdog. "What you see is not what you get" .They are awful, call the Wig Police asap The useful Portion of the Review. Visit a proper Wig Manufacturing Company and buy their first Franchise.

If I could give this company a zero it still wouldn't suffice. Purchased March 2023; paid in full; was given ,tracking number.. Checked status of delivery and it read, "delivered 4/14/23. So WHERE IS IT? Have sent 4 emails; all phone numbers are not in service...what a shock...awful awful company, stay away!

I purchased a wig from Wigsbuy months ago. I have sent multiple emails regarding it and no one will respond. They have taken over $100 and I have no product. Do not buy from here.
