wigsbuy.comReviews of wigsbuy.com

If I would have my way I could have given a Negative 1 rating for this Scam website. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT ever buy any product from these scammers. At the time of my order they mentioned 4-10 business days for delivery and even after 18 days I did not receive it and neither they replied to any of my several emails sent. It was only when i raised a dispute through Paypal they cared to reply and gave me a lousy excuse of 7-15 days of shipping time which was never mentioned at the time of order. Please never ever buy any product from them !!!! Cheaters and Scammers this website is !!!

Rip off, rip off, rip off.

This company is a rip off!! It take 30 to 45 days before your wig arrives, the wigs are terrible, the hair feels like straws out of a broom,I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

The product was not as pictured in either color or style. Don't be deceived by the photos. Customer service offered a $50 refund that never appeared on my Paypal account. There were over 25 e-mails back and forth to no satisfaction.

I purchased two wigs and neither of them were as represented on the website. I sent email after email and they continue to send auto response reply. No one answers their telephone. This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Don't they understand that there are women who are losing their hair and actually need a wig.

Please be warned...this company is very quick to cash in your money but leave you worried about your order with no communication whatsoever. This is me waiting on 2 wigs I ordered about a month ago and within this time, no communication about both orders. Hopefully, I can get a refund but please be warned. Don’t let this be you.

As soon as I ordered from this site I went to read the independent reviews and it hit me like a rock. I quickly cancelled my ordered literally 30 minutes after I had put it through but PayPal told me WIgsbuy had already cashed the money. I worked with PayPal to have the money refunded but it was hard to convince them since I had put accepted the payment.... Moral of the story: don't buy from this chinese company. They should not be allowed to market their products in the US. US costumers should be protected from the vultures on internet.

Scam!!! Horrible scratchy hair with no resemblance whatsoever to the picture!
