Wigs I received are good. I am still waiting for one I ordered. Plan to cancel or switch to something else.

I Like the looks and how it can be manageable to work with. I also thought it was a good price and style for me.

UPDATE: Immidiately after this reply, wigs.com contacted me and refunded the amount for the cleansing duo. Thankyou for good customer service! There was no problem with the wig, however I had ordered a combo of shampoo and conditioner along with the wig as well because it was recommended on wigs.com that this combo be used for synthetic hair. My order #W2-309784 was delivered to me but did not have the conditioner. The wig, the hairnet cap I ordered and the shampoo was delivered to me but not the conditioner. I had paid for the cleansing duo-Shampoo and Conditioner but was only given the shampoo. To make matters worst, I emailed them 3-4 times about this matter but received no reply. However I did receive a mail from them requesting me to review them. Therefore, I’m giving my honest opinion so that other customers are well informed and know what to expect.

Love dealing with these people. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. Only reason rating is only 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wig I ordered was defective and I had to return it. Moreover I love this wig and have ordered it from other online wig sites and have only kept one out of 5 I ordered cause the rest were defective.

Overall, great. However, it would be nice to offer free shipping. It's rare that one has to pay shipping anymore. So, to do away with shipping entirely (for ground, of course) would be a vast improvement.

I like the wig and I decided to keep it. I think that bangs are too thick and long but I will take to a hairdresser to trim. This is will me my work out casual wig. It is a good as the price I’ve paid

Wigs.com is a good place to buy wigs from. The only problems I have with them is that the wigs are not exactly like the picture. Also, the instructions for cleaning are shown for a long wig. I would like to see instructions for cleaning a short wig.

La peluca es lo que esperaba y la relación calidad precio es fantástica, pero cuando me la han entregado he tenido que pagar gastos de aduana por importe de 62 Euros. Y me parece excesivo e imprevisto... Eso me hace pensar que no volveré a comprar más pelucas ya que el coste de la web no es real en España.
