We don't offer return labels, however we will happily reimburse you for the cost of the item and your shipping cost if the item is deemed as defective. We apologize for any delay or inconvenience. Usually, with shipping and processing of the return it can take between 5-10 business days. After investigating, it looks like we received the item on 05/24/18 and processed your refund on 05/25/18. It can sometimes take between 3-9 business days to see that credit reflected with your banking and/or credit card institution. We hope that we have resolved your issue and would be happy to assist you with anything else in the future.
