Wig quality and satisfaction is great. However, I find the wait times for telephone consultation excessive. And Live Chats never work. I also think that the restocking fee is high...especially when we have to pay shipping back to you.

In general I ´m pretty satiesfied. But two or three times - during 5 years- I had wigs, which were "strange". They send with UPS and charge the full amount. Think about the taxes to EU.

I love the look of my wig and I have tried many wigs these days. Quality could be a bit improved for the price.

Wonderful customer service and pricing but biggest criticism is that many pieces are not I. Stock and on waiting list . Most people wearing wigs are emotionally hurting and really dependent on pieces to live their lives normallysms tobhave to wait months for the correct piece is traumatizing . I ordered a wig and planned to have it for several important events and then was told I’d be contacted when it came in and he wait would be a few weeks . It turned out to be k we 8 weeks and o had to use an older synthetic topper for these events and I didn’t look the way I waned to . For people wirhhair , it’s hard to understand but when your hair is compromised , wigs are a life saver so we need them to be readily available

My wig showed up earlier than I expected which is always a good thing! The wig is beautiful. After wearing it 6 times it tangles easily, the feel is no longer soft and the straps used don’t stay tight throughout the day. It still looks good though.

I liked the fit of my wig.
