I have purchased several wigs and this one is my favorite thus far. I don't find that it tangles underneath as much as my other wigs. I have received many compliments when wearing it but I can't just say thank without confessing it's a wig...need to stop that!! The only thing I didn't like is the front is too flat. I wish the bang part was more off the face like the model in the first picture. I don't think I can use heating tools, I'm afraid to ruin it. But all in all I love it.

I received the try me 4 piece of the shampoo/leave in conditioner/brilliant shine and hair spray a few days ago. Last night I discovered that the spray bottle for the leave in conditioner doesn’t work. I still need to contact customer service to let them know.

I received my wig in approximately 5 days—which was very good. The wig was great. I have to always work with Hollywood Honey a little bit. I usually have to trim the bangs, as they hang in my face. But other than that, the wig is very nice. They are always out of the color I want, though. But I would repurchase this wig.

The customer service is helpful and cannot be responsible for products that don't come across the internet as true to actual color. The discrepancy between what is seen on the website and the actual colors of the hairpieces makes it difficult to successfully match and make choices. The color rings are expensive and the customer has to rely on those in customer service to guide one to a best choice. That said, however, there are a good variety of hairpieces and colors and the products received by me seem to be good quality. The sales and discounts greatly aid in making several choices.
