Love the wig but a little shorter than I expected

I ordered my easipart hair piece 2 weeks before an event I wanted to wear it to and paid for expedited shipping. It took the stated 3 days to be processed but on the 4th day I received an email stating that it was now on backorder and it might come within the next 30 days. Furthermore, if it does not come within 30 days they will cancel my order and refund my money. I had to call and get my expedited shipping money refunded and now I just wait to see if it is actually going to ship. The communication has been lacking and it is very frustrating that I was not informed about the back order until a few days after purchase. I would have went to a different company if I knew it wasn't going to come in time. My Order has since shipped and I appreciate the response. Thank you. I look forward to receiving my hair piece!
