They say they offer a discount, then slap you with customs and duty charges which they don't tell you about in advance - almost £50 for one wig!! Their customer service is painfully slow and unhelpful, they coerce you into paying the duty by basically saying you have to accept the delivery to make the return at which point they will only refund 50% of the discounted wig and none of the almost £100 you pay for shipping and duty. Its just a racket. And the wig aint all that either. Worst customer service experience ever an a total rip off

I received a wig of wrong model and wrong color. I still have RW wigs I bought before, including model Winner and color SS8/25. I contacted wigs.com with comparison photos clearly demonstrating the difference between the two wigs by the same name and suggesting that I return the wig to them and purchase a replacement wig of a different model which should be sent to me without shipping charge. Wigs.com refused to do so on the basis that it is "slightly normal (?) for wigs to be modified by the manufacturer". On the comparison photos it was clear that the side length difference was, at least, an inch. "SLIGHTLY NORMAL" IS UBNORMAL! I could understand that it is manufacturer's fault that a model has been changed without notifying Wigs.com. However, the way Wigs.com handled my complaint is their own fault. That is why my rating stays and I will never buy from Wigs.com again, after 20+ of being their loyal customer and having purchased, at least $3000 worth of wigs. I will also try to contact RW and discuss the issue with them.

Unfortunately lately most of the items i've wanted have been on backorder for months with little to no communication from the company on time frames

Order placed over a month ago. Was charged on credit card but order has yet to ship. Never had this problem before.

It cost me $15.00 to return a wig (handling & postage). Your return policy is inferior....customer must go to post office, pay another shipping charge and wait and wait for the refund. I choose a more user friendly/customer priority company wig outlet. The price rarely matters when the inconvenience costs more.

I ordered a wig on July 2nd and paid for expedited delivery. Four days later I get an email that it is out of stock until August.

Wigs.com is a terrible company. The item I ordered was out of stock and they never told me. I waited for it to come every day. When I finally called, I asked for a replacement wig to be delivered next day so my stylist could work with it and I was going out of town. They would not ship next day and it didn't arrive in time. I will not be ordering from Wigs.com in the future unless they improve their customer service.

My experience was terrible and too much to explain in a text. I would never recommend your products or company. Your company is a rip off. I don’t know how you stay in business. I will say everyone I spoke with was kind but not able to be helpful.
