Wigs.com is very different than other sites that sell wigs. They give you the opportunity to return wigs you do not like and give you store credit for the wig. If you choose store credit, there is no charge for your return, including no restocking fee. In addition, you just fill out a form that is included in the shipment and send it right back without waiting for the dreaded RA number from Customer service. It is so much easier and is the only company that I know of that actually does this. Will never go back to any other site!
