I love my hair! There were some difficulties in that My hair was a”March Pre-Order”, but received a text from UPS saying it would be delivered earlier on a week when I was out of town so I wasn’t there to sign for it. I tried calling to see if they would hold it before sending it to UPS because they hadn’t received it yet, but no luck. Thankfully UPS still had it @ the distribution center so no harm no foul I guess!

This a fantastic website to purchase wigs from. You can purchase a wig and if it doesn't fit or you don't like how it looks on you they will accept a return without issue. Yes they will charge a restocking fee if you ask for a refund, but if you take a store credit you get your full purchase price on the credit.
